Madison's POV We moved quickly through the passage, the air growing colder and damper with each step. The sound of the waterfall echoed around us, masking our movements as we moved forward. My heart kept pounding with a mix of hope and fear. We were so close, I mean we had followed every clue till we got here, we could not afford to go back empty handed. The passage opened into a large cavern, illuminated by the faint glow of bioluminescent fungi on the walls.
