Madison’s POV It was a warm day, the sun was setting now, casting a warm golden hue over the forest around our building. It is a private five-bedroom apartment in the best of the area, surrounded by tall trees and a quiet stream flowing through. The air was crisp, filled with the earthy scent of pine and the distant chirping of birds.
