Alpha Terry's POV: I woke up with a start, my heart pounding. The dream had been so vivid, so real. It felt like I was still trapped in it, surrounded by shadows and whispers that I couldn’t quite shake off. I sat up, wiping the sweat from my brow, trying to calm my racing thoughts. The air was cool, but my skin was hot from the intensity of the dream. Outside, it was still dark, but the faintest hint of dawn was beginning to creep over the horizon, casting the sky in soft shades of purple and blue. I pushed the blanket off and swung my legs over the edge of the bed, feeling the stiffness in my muscles as I stretched.
