Madison's POV:
Rowan put a call across to Andrew after I gave him his number. We also spoke and he said he would come pick me after the meeting and that I should stay with Rowan till he came for me.
Where I sat after the call in his kitchen, Rowan came to me with a hot cup of chocolate and some left over pizza.
I gave him a confused look because he looked nervous.
“Well, I heard some ladies like these for comfort food and I didn't have ice cream so this was the next thing I could come up with." Rowan said to me with a nervous laugh. How thoughtful of him, but I wasn't hungry for anything.
The events of earlier times were still playing in my mind.
I had a lot of questions that needed answers.
