I woke up from a short nap with the sound of an annoying voice ringing in my ears. I look around only to find that I'm alone in the creepy part of the mansion, successfully covered in dust and cobwebs like I've been rolling around on the floor all night. Not that this sofa is any better than the floor, anyway, and I didn't even come close to taking a shower last night after I got home. I was too busy perfecting my plan and setting it in motion. s**t, I must have fallen asleep.
Wanting to find out what time it is, I stumble out of the makeshift sofa bed with the annoying voice still ringing in my ears, giving me a massive headache to start my day with.
"Fang?" I ask even though I know it's my wolf.
"No, it's the f*****g Moon Goddess after a hangover. Of course it's me, you i***t.
