Stella stood in the hallway of the Taylor home, feeling preoccupied by the best and fastest way to find out if anything valuable was missing. A glance into the living room showed some shelves of ornaments. But how would they know if one piece was missing?
“We could get hold of their insurance company,” she said to Maxwell. “They’ll know what high value items they had stipulated in their policy. They can send us a checklist and we can compare that with the household contents.”
