I haven't been able to stop thinking about him since we met in his office .

Travis made an annoying groan as he came out me .

That morning , he ambushed me while I was asleep and pinned my hands I tried to struggle free but he's stronger than I .

"Travis stop "I said .

" You are still my wife, my conjugal rights still remain , you must fulfill your duties as my wife, only this time I will treat you like the w***e you are"he said.

He wore a condom ,made of cheap latex , I have an allergy to cheap latex and he knows it but he ignored it . The s*x was so painful , I clutched the sheets that they began to tear. My kids are awake if I scream or cry they will hear and I don't want to spook them .

I cried in the shower the fire between my legs was too painful ,but I have to be strong for my children . I changed into some tights , a top , sneakers and a hoodie jacket to take my kids to where they want to go.

"I want a divorce"I demanded .

Travis glared at me .

"Divorce? Who me? "He said.

"Yes , divorce you . Travis you are gay, this marriage ended a long time ago, I need to focus on the kids and myself, you are abusive to me and neglectful to your children "I said.

"You are just an interiour designer, you can't give them the lifestyle we live in ."he said.

"Who told you they like it. Dhalia cries anytime the papparazis show up, Phoenix wants a normal life without people ogling at him for being the superstar's kid. They tell me how they feel . You wouldn't know since you are busy with your boypack"I said.

"What will people say, the media ... my image will be ruined, you can't divorce me"he said.

"All you care is yourself , your image and all that bullcrap, don't you care about your kids and what they will have to deal with when they find out  you have been having gay orgies instead of helping them do their homework. "I said.

He caught me by my neck, and gently squeezed that I began to struggle to breathe his hand was so strong  it was useless pulling his hand away from me .

"I make the money here , I state the rules, you are not capable of giving those kids the life I have on your mere  pathetic job  only when I say it's over thats when it's over, for now keep playing good housewife , next week we have a redcarpet appearance in London , a divorce is the last thing I need . "he said

He let me go I coughed  . He walked away .

"Mommy"Phoenix said.

Shit! I hope he didn't see anything.

"Yes sweetie"I said.

"Are you okay?"he asked .

"Am fine honey just choked "I said with a fake smile ,he stared at me then walked into the livingroom .

"Can we go to the park?"he asked .

"Sure, let me get ready ."I said.

"I will be in my room "he said.

I had a shower and looked at myself in the mirror.

My husband's hand marks were all over my neck , no concealer could hide that I opted for a hoodie it was a longneck atleast it could cover the marks .

Luckily Christian didn't see it while we were at the park.

When he held my hand I felt at peace and calm .

He invited the kids and I for dinner at his place , I had to figure out what I can wear to cover the strangle marks  a turtleneck would do .

I dropped the kids home , their nanny would take care of them while I made a visit to the attorney's office.

I want to file for a divorce. I can't live with Travis anymore .

When I came to this marriage I came with nothing but that didn'tmean I was dumb.

Jamie told me its always best to keep some side cash incase things would go south. Even though my job wasn't a milliondollar like Travis's I saved the money I made as well as the money he would give me to spend on spoiling myself. I kept in a secret bank account.

I rang the doorbell to his apartment, I could hear the dog bark.

He opened the door.

"Please come in"he said.

The kids ran to Ruby , the house was filled with a  sweet aroma.

"You are just in time , I set the table "He said.

His apartment was very neat , huge and warm.

All his seats were pure white , the floor had black marble  tiles. By the looks of it seems rent here is hella expensive, there was a crystal chanderlier at the living room and the dining room .

We all came and sat at the table , Christian had made lasagna , chinese brown rice and some vegetable stew it smelled so good.

The kids will have strawberry juice while we adults have wine but in normal glasses so they dont notice the difference.

"She's pregnant , I will give you one puppy "he said , the kids faces lighted up with joy .

If anyone can put a smile on my babies faces then definately they won my heart.

The rest of the dinner we spent listening and joking with the kids , I have never seen them so happy , we don't even laugh like this at home , Travis hardly ever comes to join us for dinner and I have to cover up for him being busy that the kids just got used to daddy never being there.

Christian and Phoenix cleared up the table and offered to do the dishes as Dhalia and I  played with Ruby .

"They will fantasize about this day  for ages "I said to Christian as we sat down while the kids were playing with Ruby.

"I love kids , my nieces always drop by to visit but refuse to leave "He said , I laughed .

"Your wife doesn't mind you having guests?"I asked.

"She died two days before our wedding at her bachelorette party , drunk driving , she died on impact ."he said

" am really sorry Christian"I said , poor guy.

"It was painful , I went into denial but I just had to accept she was no more. "He said.

I held his hand his eyes looked at me.

"You are strong , there is always a light at the end of the tunnel"I said.

"Thank you Victoria"he said , his eyes shifted to my neck , he grinned  , he must've seen the marks.

"I think we should head home now, Phoenix , Dhalia time to go "I said.

They wore their jackets .

"Thank you so much "I said .

"Victoria, did he do that to you "he said .

"We need to head home " I said.

He looked at my kids then back at me .

"Victoria , this has to stop, you can't let him abuse you , if you need a place to crush please feel free to come . "He whispered .

"Thank you Christian." I said .

He gave me a warm hug .

"If you need someone to talk to am always here"he said .

"I appreciate " I said.

I got home and changed the kids into their pyjamas and kissed them goodnight.

Travis had arrived , he was drinking .

"You!"he said when he said me when I walked into our room.

"I f*****g told you I make the rules I call the shots !now look!"he barked.

"What are you talking about?"I asked .

"You went to a divorce lawyer , papparazis saw you and published your pictures , everyone now knows we are getting divorced it will ruin my image!"he said.

"I can't be with you anymore am tired of you, Travis you raped me , you insult me , and you still want me to be here?"I said.

He threw the glass on the wall it smashed into tiny bits.

He caught me by my hair it hurt.

"Let go of my you are hurting me !"I said.

"Seems you were never taught a lesson on listening to what your husband tells you , I will teach you !"he said . He threw me on the bed  with so much force I saw stars.He took a horsewhip from the drawer.

He hit me with it , that s**t hurt so bad I cried out .

I tired to run away from him he caught my arm and threw me on the floor and punched my face.

"Please stop!"I cried . He lifted my head and hit me on the marble floor . This man is going to kill me.

Out of nowhere the kids ran in Dhalia bit him while Phoenix pulled his hair.

"Leave my mommy alone "he said .

Sadly their efforts were fruitless.

He pushed Dhalia my poor baby hit her hand on the table and  he slapped Phoenix.

I was so angry but I needed to protect my children he can kill me if he wants to but my babies are my life.

Hit him on the balls .

He laid in fetal position  groaning in pain.

I helped the crying Dhalia up and Phoenix.I ran to their room and dressed them into their jackets  and put on their shoes. My nose was bloody my whole body hurt, I was in pain but I had to ensure my kids were far away from here.

"Its okay my angels mommy will be okay"I said ,

"Mommy... he was hurting you ."Phoenix said with tears on his eyes , Dhalia was sobbing .

"Come lets get out of here"I said as I led them out of the room . Travis was back , he held my hair preventing me from going .

"No one is leaving until I say so"he said.

"Take your sister , honey , run as far away as possible  dont look back just run "I said.

Phoenix held his sister's hand he looked at me and took off.

Travis pushed me I hit the wall. I struggled to get up.

"Oh no you dont,"he said stepping on my  hand , I screamed .

He pulled me by my hair and threw me on the bed.

"Now where were we ?"he said . He took his whip and hit me with it twice.

"I never wanted a woman in my life , I married you for show, "He said.

"Then ... let me go"I said weakly.

"Oh no, I cant do that so you can run to the police and report me .I have other plans"he said.

He took off his shirt , then his pants , then his boxers.

"It could be a robbery gone wrong , with me beaten up and you beaten up and raped , "he said.

"The kids.. saw you ... you wont get away with this.."I said.

"Am an actor  and a celebrity I get away with so many things "he said, he parted my legs and drove into me I screamed, he slapped me twice. It was so painful , hes beaten me and  now hes raping me, a scumbag faggot .

I need to fight him off but am so weak  , my nose is bleeding so bad.

I began to feel weak  visions became blurry .

"I warned you about him , he was not the man for you"came my late mom's voice .

I passed out .
