I had never been more relieved to reach a destination in my entire life. Evelyn took less than two seconds to get from one territory to another, but that still felt like two seconds too long.
No sooner had the jump ended, I started to race towards the sliding glass doors of the pack house.
"Aren't you forgetting something, Little Alpha?" It seemed I had picked up a new nickname from my vampire acquaintance. One that wasn't exactly complimentary.
"Like what?"
"Some clothing, perhaps. You don't want to scare the poor girl. That part of you certainly isn't little, is it?" She gave me a lascivious smile which would have intimidated me, had I not known of her preference for Lunas.
