CHAPTER SIX Stella stood up from the wingback chair where she’d just wrapped up her last interview and hurried to the door. She felt glad that they would have a chance to learn more about the actual crime scene rather than listening to opinions. So far, the opinions had not been helpful. Every person she’d spoken to had said the same thing. That Patrick Coleridge was a good guy, a pillar of the community, a contributor to charity and good causes, and an ethical and successful business owner. Nobody, in fact, had found anything bad to say about the victim, or come up with any ideas about why someone would want to kill him.
