Seeing the caller ID, Diana answered the call happily.

“ hello baby…how are you….how was your studies going. When are you coming back?”

Diana continued to throw all the questions, she thought at the second.

Then she caught her breath slowly, after a few seconds.

“Mom!!!!! Stop it….. Slowly……take deep breaths….

then ask what you want to know one by one slowly. I’m not gonna run away!!!!”

came Katy’s voice from the other side of the phone.

“Sorry honey….so how are you? How was you studies going.? “

Diana asked, but this time slowly and steadily.

“ Everything is fine mom. And you favorite daughter is also very much fine and becoming more and more gorgeous by the way”

came Katy’s excited voice reflecting her mood over there.

“ I am gonna finish my studies in a few months.

Then I am gonna immediately fly back there to accompany you and annoy the hell out of my so called stupid brother” informed Katy happily.

“ Speaking of your beloved son, did he have a girlfriend already? Did he brought her to home yet?” questioned Katy intrigued.

Hearing her daughter’s question, Diana was ready to blow the top.

“Don’t take that topic and frustrate me. your brother is already doing a very fine job of it”

Diana replied lowly, some what her mood turned from being exited to sour upon mentioning her son’s lack of girlfriend and romantic relationship in his life.

All he does to work….work and work.... then ...again.....workkk.!!!! Stupid son.

Diana was even worried that her son would end up being single for the rest of his life.

She can’t imagine the thoughts going through the mind of that stupid son of hers.

Sensing the change in voice, Katy predicted that her mom’s mood had been changed to gloomy, she asked tentatively.

“why? What happened?”

“forget about him bringing home a girl. I haven’t even heard a single girl's name come out his mouth yet." she grumbled....

"Then how can I be blessed with a daughter-in-law? She is not going to jump from the sky suddenly”

snapped Diana frustrated by her son’s nonchalant behavior on this subject.

“I’m worried that he would end up being single”

Diana said lowly, all the excitement and high spirits she had had when she answered the call, disappearing within a second.

“Mom…hold your horses. Stop thinking about your negative thoughts.

Why do you have to worry, when you have your amazing daughter who is an expert in her match making skills”.

Katy was quite proud of her this match making skill.

She had helped a lot of couples in her campus. She was like their moongod, who was secretly tying the invisible red string of love between two people.

If she see the couple’s compatible to each other and they were honest about their feelings for each other, she would do everything in her power to make them a couple.

“Also don’t worry about him. Who do you think your son is. He has killer looks and figure like an ramp walk model.

Girls would be throwing themselves at him. He will definitely end up with some nice girl.

If he still didn’t find a girl before I come home, then I will use my match making skills on your beloved son.

I will introduce all my female friends from my university to him and arrange a date between them.

Moreover, it’s like I’m doing a favor for my friends. They are really nagging me to know more about my brother and begging me to introduce them to him" came Katy confident voice.

“I too thought of the same idea. I think I should force him to go to dates, so that atleast from that he can come across the girl, he likes.

I thought of asking my old friends, about girls for dates. I should work hard, if I want to get my son married.

Because your brother was not showing any interest and whenever I speak about this topic, he would evade it successful.

Stupid business minded fellow” scolded Diana frustrated.

“Really….you are not lying to me to convince me right?” Diana questioned some what suspiciously, for the info her daughter had given her.

“No mom. I’m telling the truth. I have to avoid most of the girls in my university to avoid being annoyed by their requests to meet your son.

Then again, you gave birth to him. Even though, he is not as beautiful as I am, he still have your looks”.

Katy flipped her hair and giggled imagining her brother’s face if he had had heard what she had said now.

Diana rolled her eyes on her daughter’s words.

“stop belittling your brother’s looks. He is so handsome. He got the looks from the best aka from me".

“See….you said yourself. So have some confidence on him.

Even if you don’t believe in his skills, believe in his looks.

I swear on my final exams, that he won’t end up being single for the rest of his life”.

Happy that she lifted her mom’s mood, she too felt happy.

Even though, she too was worried about her brother romantic life. But her mother didn’t need to know that.

Regaining her spirits back again, Diana happily chatted with her daughter some more.

Then she had her dinner and went to sleep in high spirits.

Chris was officially exhausted. He had to move around the whole hall to greet his guests and foreign investors.
