It’s been a week since Gio, Addy, and Hazel left. The threads of their bonds vanished, Hazel’s doing no doubt. Beau has been beside himself. He is usually drunk and crying or sober and raging. There is no in between. I have tried to busy myself with mundane things like cooking and organizing. Since the connection has been lost, I’ve been unable to see the other’s futures. The Appalachian Pack was tied to Addy, so their future has been lost as well. I can only hope that they are safe. The dark cloud that hovered over that pack sent the hair on the back of my neck on edge. It was early morning. I was in the garden meditating when Beau came outside in a rush.
