Sherry Winters, a bright and very attractive blond, who had gone to the best of schools, including Miss Carter’s Preparatory School for Young Women, (MCPSYM), Radcliff and others, was still trying to make up her mind what she wanted to do with the rest of her life, and she was annoyed. The Bayerischer Hof was an old hotel in the center of Munich, and it had served as one of the two grand hotels in this part of Bavaria for more than 300 years. Celebrities and carriage trade tourists usually stayed either there or at the Vier Jahreszeiten, (Four Seasons), which was a bit more upscale.
