Chapter 18 will! You marry me

Anna’s P.O.V

  The next morning everyone was rushing and trying to get ready because we had all slept in late. My graduation started at three and it was already twelve, leaving us hardly any time to shower, get dressed and get to my college to sign in and then find our seats, plus with how many were graduating today the parking lot was going to be rammed. I quickly ran into the bathroom, hurrying to take my shower and as soon as I came out William ran in. He showered and I dried myself off before I went back into the bedroom to get dressed, blow dry my hair and do my make-up. I had just finished getting ready as William came out of the bathroom and quickly got dressed in his suit and tie, making my eyes widen at how hot he looked when he was all dressed up.

  “You know if you keep eye f*****g me like that I will take you right here and now, making us miss your graduation.” William said, smirking at me as he brought me back to reality.

  “Later love, I promise.” I replied, winking at him. We left our bedroom and ran downstairs and outside to see my dad, mom, grandfather and grandmother already waiting in the car for us.

  “Come on, we’re going to be late.” My dad said, as we got into the car. My dad didn't even give William a chance to shut the door properly before he was speeding off the driveway. He sped all the way there and the ten minute drive quickly turned into a five minute one, but just as I expected when we pulled up in the car park it was absolutely rammed.

  “Fuck.” My dad cursed under his breath as he went from row to row until we eventually found a parking space.

  “What time is it? How long do we have?” I asked, walking faster.

  “It's half past two.” My grandfather replied, looking at his watch. s**t, that only gives me half an hour to sign in and find my class to sit with. We all started to run towards the building and while my family and mate went and took their seats I went to the desk and signed in. I found my class and went and sat with them, just as the head man stood up on the stage and cleared his throat, getting the attention of the students and everyone in the audience.

  William’s P.O.V

  The head man stood up and started his speech, which was almost an hour long. He talked about how proud he was of everyone, about the future they had ahead of them, but then he also mentioned how hard the future was going to be for them, which was really weird if you ask me. When he was done talking another teacher came up on stage and I recognised her as the one Anna said was called Mrs. Alena. She did her speech and after another hour it was finally time for the student’s names to be called out. I was so proud of Anna for graduating, but I was also really nervous about what I had planned too. When it was Anna’s turn everyone got up and cheered, making her smile, but also blush a tomato red colour as well.

  “YEAH! GO ANNA!!! WOOHOO!!!” We all hollered for her as she walked up and got her diploma. We all sat down and waited as the rest of the names were called out and then everything was done. Anna walked over to us and we all hugged her, congratulating her and then had a slow walk back to the car.

  “I’m so proud of you, baby. You are amazing.” I said, wrapping my arm around her shoulder.

  “Thank you, I couldn't have done it without your help and the support of everyone, but I must admit I am so glad that it is finally over.” Anna replied, chuckling. We got back in the car and began to head home, but because I had already told Mercury about my plans he was driving a lot slower than before.

  “Mercury, can you pull over please?” I asked, pretending to feel car sick.

  “Yeah sure.” Mercury replied, trying to hide his chuckle as he pulled the car over to the side. I got out of the car and Anna got out with me as I collapsed to my knees, pretending to be feeling really sick. Anna rushed over to me and kneeled beside me as everyone else got out of the car as well.

  “William, are you alright?” Anna asked, just as I stood back up, pulling her up with me. I turned to face her and went back down onto the ground so that I was now on bended knee in front of her.

  “Anna, a few years back this area was where we first met, well, you smelled my scent, but couldn't find me because I was hiding. We met right in the middle of these woods and I have been in love with you ever since then. Today I am asking you if you would do me the honour of marrying me and becoming my wife?” I asked, pulling a small box from my pocket.

  Anna’s P.O.V

  I thought that William was sick or something, but when he pulled that box from his pocket and said those words to me I was shocked. He opened the box to let me see the ring, but I didn't care about the ring, it was him and always him. I got down on my knees and hugged him tightly as the tears began to well up in my eyes.

 “Yes, yes, I will marry you and be your wife.” I replied as he pulled back and put the ring on my finger. He kissed and hugged me again, before we both got back up and I turned around to see that everyone else was already standing there, watching what had just happened.

  “CONGRATULATIONS!!!” They all shouted as they came and hugged me, while shaking William’s hand and patting him on the back. My dad was the last person to hug me and I know that he was happy for me, but I also knew that he was a little sad too, even though he covered it up quite well. We all got back in the car shortly after, heading back home and I leaned my head on William’s shoulder, unable to get the smile off my face. I knew this day was coming, but I just didn't know when it was going to happen. I was glad that he did it now though because otherwise I was going to ask him and I was dreading that. I still remember that day, I had gone for a run to find out if I could smell his scent and I stayed there for hours, but when it got dark I had to go back home. I never knew he was in the tree watching me until he told me, which made me mad at myself for looking everywhere except up. When we finally pulled up outside the pack house everyone was there cheering for me, the whole pack, all my family and it was perfect, but there was one person missing. Elina.

  Elina’s P.O.V

  I hated Anna and was so jealous of her. She was always getting everything that she wanted, so why couldn’t? I watched angrily as everyone cheered for her and it pissed me off, but then I heard some branches snapping behind me and I slowly backed up. I went into the woods to see who or what it was and then I saw him.

  “Damien, you're not supposed to be here. If they find you they will kill you.” I snapped at him.

  “So, I’m just here to see you. I could smell your rage from here, you need to calm down until the boss gets Anna and then Mercury. After they are gone you can do whatever you need to do with Anna, well, that's what the boss said anyway. If I could smell your rage then so can they, so cool it for right now.” Damien replied, making me huff.

  “Fine, but he needs to hurry, I don't like being here. I’m only here because he told me too, so hurry up. It's bad enough that I have to wear this spray, so no one will know who and what I really am. You need to get going before they find you because if they do then our plans will be ruined.” I said, as he walked closer to me.

  “Fine Elina, I’ll go, but not before this….” Damien replied and quickly pulled me close to him, kissing me. I opened my eyes to look into his and he was gone, vanished as usual.

  “Damn that man, I swear he is going to be my downfall.” I muttered to myself and calmed myself down before hurrying back to the pack house. I don't know why I was rushing, it's not like I was going to be missed.
