“Coast clear?” Skyler asked as he cautiously looked around the room. He walked inside to see the other in lower spirits than before.
“Yeah, it’s fine.” Evelyn replied as she laid back onto her bed. “This isn’t really going to be too fun though, the rest of my seemingly peaceful and fun summer vacation is probably going to get ruined…” She remarked a bit disappointed.
“You grounded?” Skyler asked a bit hesitantly.
“Not yet, she’s still thinking about it.” Evelyn replied as she lifted her head up to see the other. “I’m sorry you had to see all that, or at least some of it…”
“Ah… it’s nothing really… I don’t care about such things. And um… if you do end u being grounded I’d be happy to come and visit you and all…” Skyler said a bit more shyly than befor
