“Vewry… vewry… seri…ous… and I don’t know how you’ll react…” Evan replied, the alcohol was obviously getting to him already. Yet even so he poured himself another drink. ‘Maybe I won’t be as nervous if I just drink a bit more… still how am I supposed to go about telling him? He’s probably going to find out in the morning anyways.’
“You should probably lay off drinking for now…” Derek said as he took the wine glass from the other’s hand and pulled it away. “I can’t really understand anything you’re trying to say while slurring so much.”
“No, just a bit more then I’ll go to sleep, and no funny business, alright?” Evan said as he reached out to grab his glass but the other held it high enough for him to be unable to reach it.
