I sit on my bed and stare out the window, analyzing what has happened in the last day.
Only yesterday my biggest worry was going on a date with Jason, today I probably already have the mob after me and my house is no longer a safe place. The worst part of it is that I went into this with my eyes open, developing feelings for the man with the darkest world I've ever known. And it pains me to know that the next thing Reid is going to do is push me away, he's going to back down. I saw it in his eyes, his fear for me, his fear that something will happen to me because of him.
