Patrick’s P.O.V.
“The cut that she got the pieces of glasses were not serious but all over her body was making things a bit complicated here. Also, the bottle hit her hard everywhere giving her a little damage to her internal organs. It seemed that she didn’t try to save herself from their assaults. She took every bottle on her body”, the doctor’s last sentence made me confused.
“I didn’t understand, doctor. I am sure that she would have tried to save herself out of instinct”, I said while understanding what he wanted to imply here. “Let me explain you then”, he looked at me and dad and we both nodded. “If someone hit you from the front, you crotched down like this”, he shrank his body in a fetal position while covering his head with his hands. He looked up and we nodded in understanding
