Called by the Siren

Chapter 13: Fur Coat and No Knickers

Theo and Frank walked into the Cat and  Custard pub. Alannah and Kurt had gone back to their home and even though Kurt had told Alannah they to stay out of it, it did not stop her giving Frank a piece of her mind.

The pair were greeted warmly by Ernst who knew them well. Even though Theo was a Land Gang member, he was widely accepted by the Sea Gangs. This is was mostly due to his relationship with Frank, but also due to how often he had helped out the Sea Gangs.

“What will it be Frank?” Ernest asked 

“Two pints of bitter please and we will take it on the back” Frank said casually.

“Afraid that room is currently taken by the Siren and Captain Jack. There are also two land lumbering butter balls with them” Ernest said as he poured them their pints.

“Well at least she is safe” Theo said trying not to smile at the term butter balls. The Land Gangs always said that Sea Gangs smelled of fish. In return the Sea Gangs insisted the Land Gangs smelt of butter and were as soft as it.

“Yes,  Thank you for looking after her” Frank said as he took a sip of his cold butter. It felt good against his throat.

No need to thank me, it is my duty and pleasure. She is the best Siren we have ever had and should be respected as such. She never stops working, that is what my Mrs says! But I am not sure about how I feel with her being sweet on those two butter balls” Ernest said as he went away to  serve another customer.

Frank almost Choked on his bitter and Theo had to thump him on the back.

“She is sweet on them? How? They are the most irresponsible and irritating men I know! “ Frank said shocking.

“You knew the twins liked her..” Theo began to say.

“The Twins like anything with t**s and a vag!” Frank snapped 

“They are not that bad and she deserves some fun!” Theo said

“You don’t understand... if she chooses them over Sea Gang Captain’s then it will cause trouble!” Frank explained

“They are Canadian Princes and they have a right to ask permission to court her” Theo pointed out.

“Well they haven’t and as far as I am concerned they need to!” Frank said slamming down his glass and heading to the back room.

“Don’t do anything rash Frank, she is a grown women who can make her own choices” Theo called but it was to late Frank was already on the war path.

“So it is a date then? Tonight at our place for popcorn and a film?” Ethan said with a dashing smile.

“I don’t know..” Bee said unsure. She knew there were rules that had to be adhered too.

“We will be perfect Gentleman, we promise” Aiden said and he did a cross the heart sign which made  Bee smile. 

“She will go, but only on the condition that I can chaperone. We have to think about Bee’s reputation” Jack said firmly. For an instant the Twins looked deflated, but then smiled. They both understood the situation and need to obey some rules, especially when it came to the Sea Gangs. Sea Gangs tended to be very traditional about certain things, courting was one of them.

“Of course! Plenty of popcorn for all!” Ethan said and Jack nodded. 

“Shall we say 7? I will text you the address” Aiden said.

“No need...virtually everyone in London knows where you two live” Jack said with an eye roll.

It was just then Frank burst in the door and saw everyone’s surprised look. Bee was still sitting in-between the Twins, which made Frank instantly more angry.

“Is it true?” Frank snapped in Cornish

“Is what true Uncle?” Bee answered back in Cornish confused.

“That you like them...these two idiots!” Frank roared. Jack who knew Cornish raised his eyebrows in shock. Frank never spoke like this and it was not a good decision to insult powerful people like the Princes.

“Of course I like them, they are good friends” Bee said

“You know that is not what I mean! Have you had s*x with them!” Frank said continuing to roar.

Bee blushed and then got up, looking her Uncle directly in the eye.

“If you were any other man on this planet, I would gut you like a fish for showing me such disrespect!” Bee said in a dangerous voice. Her eyes were hard as stone and even Jack moved  back in his chair  slightly at the vibes Bee was giving off.

“So it is true! You like them!” Frank said in a triumphant voice.

“Maybe we should try and take this down a few levels” Theo said walking into the room.

“This is Sea Gang business, so stay out of it!” Bee ordered

“I am still a direct descendant of a founding Father and I will be treated with respect!” Theo growled but Bee continued to stand her ground. The Twins instinctively stood by her, frowning at the tone of voice Theo had used.

“What is this? The Princes are standing by this women they hardly know! Maybe, just maybe, they are serious about a women for the first time in their lives! “ Theo thought. 

“Founding Father of Land Gangs Theo, not of Sea ones!” Bee snapped back.

“Bee, I think it is time we leave before we say things before we regret. Don’t make enemies needlessly” Jack said carefully. Bee had managed to negotiate an excellent deal for the Sea Gangs, Jack did not want her to give it away now. It would destroy Bee, especially after she had worked so hard!

Bee glared at him at first, but then nodded. She was wise enough to know that he giving some good council. 

“Uncles, I am old enough to know that I have spoken out of turn and apologies. I request that we discuss this matter at another time when tempers have cooled” Bee said

Before Frank could say anything Theo spoke “Of course Siren, a very wise decision as always.”

Bee nodded as said “Duty and Honour above all Uncles.”

“Duty and Honour Bee” Theo said as she walked out with Jack.

“What did you say to her?” Ethan asked angrily and suddenly Frank grabbed Ethan by the throat. Aiden was about to help his brother but Theo stopped him.

“If you break her bloody heart I will kill you, do you understand?” Frank said in a voice as hard as stone.

“Yes” Ethan gasped trying to get out of Frank hold. Frank released him and said

“She is not one of your normal sluts that you have! She is a Kraken and my Nice! I swear I will kill you both slowly and painfully if you mess with her!” Frank said before he looked at Theo.

“I will talk to them” Theo assured him and Frank nodded. He turned and went out for another pint.

Once the door was closed, Ethan rubbed his neck and moaned “Why didn’t you order him to stop? You are his boss!” 

“Only on Mad Dog missions. Besides, this is personal, very personal. Frank has brought her up and sees her like his daughter” Theo said

“More like a slave!” Aiden said

“And you have no idea what you are talking about! Frank never wanted her to be the Siren!” Theo shouted

“What?!?” Ethan said surprised.

Theo sighed and said “No he didn’t. He wanted her to do what ever she wanted and hopefully have a family of her own. But most of all he wanted her to be free” 

“But why then?”Aiden asked

“That is not my story to tell. Now sit, we have a lot to discuss” Theo ordered as he sat down in the comfortable chair.

Later that day Bee’s temper had cooled down and she looked herself in the mirror. She had tried on my combinations of clothes but decided on some jeans and a thin pink jumper with a black vest top underneath. She had her hair up in a messy bun and had put through a long gold hair pin that she had got whilst she was in China. 

“You look nice” Jack said standing in the door way

“You think it is like...appropriate?” Bee asked

“Absolutely! Now let’s get going shall we?” Jack said with a smile.

Bee arrived at the reception of the housing complex with Jack. She had been here before when visiting Kurt and Alannah.

“We here to see the Twins?” Bee asked the receptionist.

The receptionist who was a women in her mid 30s smiled and said “Of course, please use the elevator to your left and it is on the 29th floor”

“Thank you” Bee said with a smile. 

Bee and Jack walked over to the elevator and stood behind two women. Jack raised an eyebrow because of what they wore. They both had a knee length fur coat on with red high heels and a Pearl necklace on. Bee could not be sure, but she guessed the women had nothing else on!

They were both blonde and one had a bottle of expensive looking champagne, whilst the other had strawberries. 

The elevator pinged and the doors opened. The four of them got in, much to the disgust of the older women.

“It is such a drag when one has to share an elevator, isn’t it Camilla?” The blonde women said

“Indeed Pricilla, it is! The least they could do would be to press the floor we are going to ...which is 29” Camilla said with a sigh.

“Yes ma’am!” Jack muttered as he punched the floor number.

The sisters then proceeded to completely ignore the other two in the elevator.

“Do you think this will work?” Camilla asked

“Of course! The Twins will love unwrapping us and f*****g our brains out!” Priscilla said with a high pitched laugh.

“Who do you want tonight? Aiden or Ethan?” Camilla asked

“Does it matter? They are both the same!” Priscilla said, then both women laughed.

“Owww I hope they eat strawberries out of my p***y again! That was amazing!” Camilla said wistfully 

“Well I think the strawberries should be a big enough hint! Let’s make sure they only think of us from now on!” Priscilla said as the doors opened. 

Jack and Bee stood to one side as they let the women out. They trotted out and walk down the hall 20 meters down the hall. They knocked on the door and Ethan opened the door.

“Hello Darling..we have been waiting..” Ethan said before he saw who it was. 

“Darling? I like the sound of that Ethan. But not as much as you moaning my name! We have come prepared and want to give you another evening you won’t forget!” Priscilla said confidently as she placed her hand on Ethan’s chest and kissed him on the lips.

It was at that point Bee pressed the ground floor button, she had seen enough. The door quickly closed before Ethan could see who was in the elevator.

“Bee” Jack said softly. He could see the pain etched across her face.

“Let’s go and get drunk” Bee said in an emotionless voice. She was desperately trying to ignore her heart that felt like it was breaking.

“I know just the place!” Jack said as he guided his old friend out of the building.
