Darkness Reigns

I have waited my whole life for this day the oracle said that mate is old enough now that our bond will start pulling her to me. It will be amazing to be able to be back in my old form i'm tired of being a shadow and only being able to come out at night, tonight tho its gonna be different i have had the darkens falls coven of witches brew me up a potion that will allow me to walk freely in the sun for 6 hours and allow me to walk back and forth between the realms because their is protection spell on the badlands. Vlad and Demetri made sure to keep all of us who were unwanted away from those who are pure blooded. I cant wait to be able to find her what if her pull is already starting to bring her here to the badlands just like her fated parents.
8' o clock is approaching and the witches are ready, I walk down a long hall of Reid Manor to where they are. I gave them a portion of the manor because it was to big for me alone but when the time comes and she comes to me i move the coven to my other home that is located in the deep forest.{FLASHBACK} Penny the coven queen is the one who helped me when i was spiraling down because the weight of the world was on shoulders and that i was just feeling like death would be better. I wish that i would have ended it all that night but she took me to the seer and that when i was told about a prophecy book that has appeared in the study when i came across the barrier, she had never heard of a fourth book that 3 major clan, coven, and pack were know to have one but a forth book was never considered, I think about that night all the time and I know i just have to wait but its so damn hard.
Penny looks up from where she is sitting and motions me towards the table, i comply and sit down she begins to tell me that this is the only vial they could make because they dont have enough ingredients to make more and I understand you wanna be able to walk about and find your mate. While your out im gonna give you a list of things I'll need to make sure of the potion. I just stare at her looking at the curves of her face and how she looks so much older then when i first met her. She snaps me out of the thoughts with a hand to the arm, I look at her and just agree she hands me the vial and i down it then walk to the curtain that is closed because of the sun. I threw the curtains open and i felt the warmth on my skin it was amazing I quickly left the house and walked to the nearest barrier and this was the time that counted the most.
I walk towards the barrier and i walk thru it like it was never there, i walk back into the barrier and walk back out. I walk towards the village to get the ingredients for the witches brew then ill start my search for her, walking down the stone stairway i see a girl that I feel like I know her but I turn and keep walking I walked into this little herb shop and get what i need then i head over to the vampire territory because i wanna see the life i could have had.
Boyerlynne Falls could have been my home had the pure blood Vlad just took me in and showed me the ways of the vampires or even helped me find somewhere to go if he wasn't gonna help instead I got pushed deep into the forest to where the witches were thankfully they took me in. Walking back to the forest by the manor i notice a girl sitting in the rose garden reading a book, I know she sensed me but before she could look up i was gone. I stayed in the forest for what seemed like forever before i ventured back to the garden when suddenly she appeared on a balcony looking right at me damn she was beautiful her snow white hear and golden ember eyes shone brightly in the sun. Then I smelled the air around me it was sweet and alluring. Darting back in the woods towards the barrier i hear her following but shes to late I'm already back in the barrier as the sun starts to set shes standing there waiting but I have to go, I run hoping she doesn't follow. Back at the house Penny greets me from the kitchen as i hand her the bag and walk up to my room.
Cursing this day already and I cant even be close to my mate, this isn't exactly what I had in mind for today but here we are. This girl she looks just like the late Clan queen Serenity could that be their daughter who I used to watch play before the barrier got put up keeping the bandlands protected and away from people, I think more of it and finally settle on an answer pulling my laptop out i get on and see if there is anything about her anywhere because i'm sure she has a life outside her fathers rule. I just hope that I can find something and see pictures of her but I don't even know her name this is gonna be hard. Falling asleep was in my plan I didn't even realize the next morning that today was the day I was gonna once again go to the manor but this time it was to wait and watch her, I was gonna study her routine that way I could always know what she is doing even when i'm not watching her.
The rose garden is her favorite place to escape to gives her a piece of clarity when she is feeling down and the only reason I know is because of the bond, it alluring to me even when i'm away maybe just maybe she'll come around and i'll see her at the barrier one can only hope.
