Shooting for the stars

Nessie is sitting in the Luna's throne and my god does she look beautiful just sitting there with her midnight hair and pale blue eyes she looks up from the book she is reading to an smiles, something tells me she feels the spark between us but I will never know till I ask her. She asks me what i'm looking at and i couldn't help but smile and tell her that i was looking at her and everything that she is in a woman, I want so badly to kiss her and show her that I want and need her in my life but i'm unsure how to tell her because I know that she is gonna be leaving after the war is over and we've won. Someday this woman is gonna be mine forever and she'll never want for anything.

Nessie pov 

I look up to see him staring at me in complete awe and I couldnt help wonder what he was thinking, I would have never thought in a million years he was gonna pop off with something so sweet but yet here we are. Jacob hes smart, funny and oddly sensitive which is amazing plus i've never felt a bond this strong with anyone before what the hell is happening to me? I go back to reading my book when there is sudden knock on his door I wonder who it could be but im to shy to follow him to find out that i just go back to reading, when out of the corner of my eye i see the clan king Vlad walking in behind Jacob. 

Jacob asks me if I know how to take a barrier down and I said yes depending on what kind of magic binded it to the place, they take out a long scroll an I look it over noticing that it needs the blood of a current or former coven queen which makes me wonder if my blood would work due to the fact that im next in line as coven queen. Jacob and I look at each other as I read of the next few items, turns out i need their blood as well and we sit down to make a plan. Vlad tells me that they put a barrier up to keep Teddy from trying to enter the Badlands but he felt her being pulled because she hasn't been seen with  the young lycan Jackson your betas nephew, I think the mate bond is pulling her to him and we have to make sure to get to him first, Hes not like any of us...hes a hybrid that has powers from all three leader groups and prophecy say that he will develop another power once he finds his mate.

Teddy pov

Im over this day already I just wanna go for a walk in the forest an maybe see the strange man that had been watching that day, I've never felt a pull quite as strong as this and I wanna know what it means and he may be able to help.  My father is away on clan business but my aunt Lenora is her watching over me to keep me in line while father is gone I know that she isnt gonna let me run or go for a walk so I pace around castle like manor to annoy her , I'm wondering why father wants to take down the barrier he always says that nothing good comes from the badlands. 

Aunt Lenora yells at me to stop pacing to take a nap but i'm a young girl with lots of energy, she finally agrees that i can go to the garden and get some fresh air, I can feel that he is close not sure where though but its time to find out. 

Alex pov 

I know she knows that im close but im not ready to give her answers just yet and I heard thru friends of the witches that the leaders have decided to take down the barrier and that means its because they are coming for him, it should take several weeks for the witchy girl to gather all the ingredients so that gives me plenty of time to get my s**t together and mate her. I also learned from Penny that Vlads daughter is Theodora but they call her teddy for short, I decide that im gonna leave little hints and love notes for her beckening her to come to the barrier so we can talk and hopefully i'll see her. 

I would say im shooting for the stars but I know she will come our bond will bring her to me and she'll be mine before the next full moon. I havent shifted in months and I know Luca is getting restless because he whimpers in my head begging me to let him run, I can't not yet I tell him on the next full moon when we claim our mate i will let you run and cause havoc. Luca agrees he knows that once he comes out to play its gonna be had to defeat him and all his powers, its fated in the prophecy that my mate will bring forth my last power and i will shown great respect.

I ask nessie if she would like to stay that way we could continue business the next day, she agrees and I saw her a room off my master wing. I need her close or I cant sleep or concentrate this girl is gonna be the death of me an I know she feels the same. 

Later that night I wake up to see her nestled in my arms i'm not sure how she got there but its okay with me because this is how its supposed to be, feeling her stir I put my arm around her and pull her close she smells like  smoke and rain mixed with fresh roses. This is heaven at its finest and I couldnt be more happier with the outcome because she came to me.
