Chapter 10

Darius placed his cellphone on the sand and positioned it using a small rock as support. At the beginning of the video, a man and a woman were kissing on a bed. As the man kissed the woman, he fondled her protruding chest, which made her moan in response. After a few moments, another naked man entered the scene, standing tall and erect. My eyes widened, especially when I saw what happened next – all three of them undressed and the two men simultaneously entered the woman. I thought she would be in pain, but her moans were not of agony; but from pleasure. A sensation of warmth enveloped my body as I watched, intensified by Darius' kisses on my neck and his hand slipping beneath my robe. "That's called a threesome, baby girl. Look at that woman, she's really enjoying it," Darius whispered from behind me, his hand massaging my pert breast, causing me to gasp. His touch, accompanied by his warm palm against my skin, further kindled the heat within me. I was getting embarrassed by our position, yet at the same time, my self-consciousness was fading due to Darius' skilled hands, which were effectively heating up my body. "Don't pay attention to me, just focus on the video," Darius whispered again. Perched on his lap, I could sense a firm object pressing against me from within his shorts. One of his arms was wrapped around my waist, while the other explored beneath my robe. "Ohh…” A moan escaped my lips as Darius suckled on my neck. His actions were matched by his fingerstoying with my erect n****e, and the movement of his hard member rubbing against my back. "Can you feel it, baby girl? I think my baby junior is excited to enter you," Darius whispered again in a husky voice, withdrawing his hand from inside my robe, leaving me yearning for his touch. Darius chuckled. "Relax... we're not finished yet. No worries, I won't leave you hanging, baby girl." A flush of embarrassment engulfed me. Darius was about to undo the tie of my robe when he abruptly stopped and muttered a curse that caught me off guard. "Damn!" Before I could even ask why, I was taken aback as Darius swiftly pulled me by the waist, causing us both to lie down. I found myself sprawled against his chest as he rested on the white sand. As we lay down, the abrupt sound of a gunshot echoed, and a bullet whizzed dangerously close. My eyes widened in shock as the bullet struck Darius' cellphone, shattering the screen of his iPhone that he had set down. "Nobody moves, or you'll be riddled with bullets!" a commanding voice echoed. Both Darius and I turned our attention toward the source of the voice. Three men emerged from the dense foliage, each holding a gun pointed in our direction. A chill of fear ran through me. It was evident that these men were not part of the island’s men. "Hands up!" commanded a man with a long scar on his left cheek. They quickly surrounded us. "What are you waiting for, get off me! They might shoot us!" Darius whispered to me, a hint of annoyance in his voice. I quickly got off him and knelt in the sand, raising my trembling hands. As I looked at Darius, his expression remained serious, devoid of any sign of fear, despite his raised hands. "At last, luck is on my side. I finally caught you, you beast! Now you'll pay for slicing my face!" angrily spoke one of the scarred men. He stopped in front of Darius, his gun still pointed at him. The other two men remained behind us, their guns also aimed at our heads. Darius grinned at the man, a dangerous and cocky smile on his face. "You think it's that easy to take me down? Your ego's way too inflated. Are you hungry or just high on drugs?" Darius chuckled, his hands still raised in a mocking surrender. "You really dared to attack the lion's den. I should have let you live when I spared your life before. But it looks like my mercy was wasted on you!" The scarred man's anger seemed to escalate, and much to my horror, he suddenly shifted his focus towards me. "In that case, watch how I'll satisfy myself with your woman!" The man swiftly approached me, using one hand to seize my hair, causing me to cry out in shock. A sharp pang of pain shot through me. I winced in agony, struggling and attempting to break free from his grip. "No! Please, don't do this! I'm just an innocent victim here! I'm not his woman! I'm not his woman! Please don't involve me! Have mercy," I pleaded in a trembling voice. But the man only responded with a sinister grin. "Don't you dare move those guns away from that bastard's head!" he ordered his two companions who stood behind Darius. "Let's see how far his arrogance will get him!" He yanked me by the hair, forcefully dragging me a few yards away from Darius before releasing his grip and tossing his gun onto the sand. He smirked at me. "Don't cry, I'm sure you'll enjoy this." Tears filled my eyes upon hearing his words. With a trembling gaze, I looked at Darius, silently begging for help. But he stared back at me with a stern expression, seemingly unwilling to intervene. A sense of despair washed over me. My attention shifted back to the scarred man as he grabbed my robe, attempting to undress me. I resisted fiercely, struggling to prevent his hands from stripping me. "You're quite stubborn, aren't you! You don't want to undress? Well then, let's start with you feeling my touch!" the man angrily declared, raising his right hand. I trembled, closing my eyes and bracing myself for the impact of the man's palm against my cheek. But as I shut my eyes, I heard a pained groan from Darius, followed by a series of gunshots fired in my direction. I screamed in shock, instinctively covering my ears with my hands. After a few moments, silence fell. I remained on my knees in the sand, my eyes shut tightly, trembling with fear. Oh my god! Did they shoot Darius? "Stop! Have mercy! Please, don't kill me!" I begged in a quivering voice, tears streaming down my cheeks. I was genuinely terrified, shaken to my core. I remained on my knees, my eyes tightly shut, and my hands pressed against my ears. After a while, I heard a deep sigh from someone in front of me. Suddenly, the warmth of hands cupped my face, gently wiping away the tears that stained my cheeks. "You're safe now." My crying subsided upon hearing the familiar voice. Was I mistaken in my hearing, or was my fear playing tricks on me? To make sure, I slowly opened my eyes. As my vision cleared, I was met with the gray eyes I knew so well. Despite my teary vision, there was no mistaking it—Darius' handsome face, looking incredibly serious. "Do you think I'd ever let them lay a finger on you? Nah, I haven't even tasted you yet, so I wouldn't allow it," Darius grinned. Fully awake now, I looked around in disbelief. "Oh my god!" I exclaimed, rising to my feet in disbelief. Shock coursed through me as I observed the lifeless bodies of the three men sprawled on the white sand, blood pooling around them. "Did... Did you kill them?" I asked incredulously, my gaze shifting between Darius and the three dead men. "Yes, I killed them. They should be thankful that their deaths were quick compared to others." I couldn't believe what I was hearing, and I looked at Darius, who was now standing and picking up a gun from one of the dead men. "A-Are they really dead?" "What do you think? It's quite obvious, so why question it!" Darius snapped in irritation before slinging the firearm over his back. "B-But why did you kill them?" "Damn! Should I have waited for us to be killed first? Your question is bullshit!" Darius shot me an angry glare before pulling me by the arm. "Let's go back. We need to clean up their mess!" I just went along as he led me towards the jet ski. I remained silent as we returned to the island. "Go to my room and don't go outside. Don't leave until I say so," Darius instructed me sternly before diverting his attention to some men who were gathering. He signaled for them to approach, presumably for the purpose of handling the bodies. I walked quietly back to the mansion, or whatever you'd call it—more like a hotel, considering its size and numerous rooms. Lost in thought, I entered the door, still thinking about Darius shooting those three men earlier. I still couldn't believe what I had witnessed. Lost in my thoughts, I suddenly bumped into something hard. Frowning, I instinctively touched my forehead before raising my gaze to the person I had bumped into. I found myself facing the handsome man who had been on Darius' right earlier, if I remembered correctly, his name was Henry. "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to," I quickly apologized, slightly bowing my head. "Tsk! Next time, pay attention to where you're going!" he grumbled before walking past me. Tsk... What an arrogant attitude! Frowning, I was about to continue walking when someone unexpectedly seized my arm. "Come here and give me a hand. I've been searching for you," Arel said as he tugged on my hand. "Where have you been? I've been looking all over!" he scolded, guiding me in a certain direction. "I was just somewhere else," I replied briefly. We stopped in front of a closed door. Arel released my hand and retrieved a key from his shorts to unlock the door. Upon entering the room, I was met with stacks of boxes—both big and small. "What's all this?" I couldn't help but inquire, my gaze fixed on the boxes. "Don't bother. Just lend me a hand with that smaller box," Arel instructed. Despite my curiosity, I followed his directive and picked up one of the smaller boxes. It had a bit of weight to it, causing me to wince. Arel grabbed a larger box, and together we left the room. I followed behind Arel, clutching the box to my chest. We entered another door and ascended a staircase, arriving at yet another door that opened automatically. Arel entered, and I followed, entering a vast space that resembled a hallway. As we entered, I saw several men wearing white overalls that looked like astronaut uniforms. Arel handed his box to a man in white, prompting me to do the same. A man in white took my box as well. I couldn't see their faces as their heads were covered, leaving only their eyes visible through the openings in their overalls. They were busy moving in and out of a room nearby. "Let's go, there's plenty of work waiting in the kitchen," Arel told me. Snapping out of my daze, I nodded. But just as I was about to take a step to leave, someone abruptly clasped my left arm. I stumbled, and their grip compelled me to collide against their solid chest. As I looked up, I couldn't see their face due to the overall. "W-Why?" I stammered, caught off guard. "What are you doing here? Who gave you permission to be here?!" Larco's voice rang out. His anger surged through me, and even though I couldn't see his face, his tone conveyed his seriousness. I swallowed hard, feeling his grip on my arm tightening. Just as I was about to respond, Arel intervened. "Boss, I'm sorry, I asked her to help bring the boxes here," Arel explained. "Asked for help? Who said she could come here!" I jumped in surprise as Larco shouted. What caught me by surprise was Arel abruptly dropping to his knees. "I apologize, boss, it's my fault. It won't happen again. I'm deeply sorry," Arel's voice quavered with fear as he knelt before Larco, head bowed. I felt a pang of sympathy for Arel. I noticed his trembling hands as he knelt before Larco, his head lowered. "It's not his fault. I insisted on helping him carry the boxes here," I lied, attempting to shield Arel from blame. But instead of listening to me, Larco pulled my arm forcefully, ushering me out of the room before releasing me abruptly. "Go to my room and don't leave. Don't you dare step out without my permission. If you do, you'll discover just how furious I can be!" His words dripped with threat, sending a chill down my spine. I almost mechanically nodded and walked away. Oh right, just like Darius told me earlier, I was instructed to go to his room and not leave without his permission. So, instead of going to Larco's room, I chose to head to Darius' room. At least there, I felt somewhat safer. I didn't want to be confined in that basement by Larco again. I wouldn't put it past him to do that to me once more. Whatever!
