Lauren's P.O.V.
"John?" I call him as we get into the house after coming back.
"Please Lauren, I don't wanna talk about it." He says while standing on the bottom of the stairs.
"Why? I wanna know what happened!"
"You won't understand it."

"Oh, so actually the reason behind is your business right? You wanted to take the bid that's why you did it." I crossed my arms.
"How can you even think I'll do it?" He furrows his eyebrows confusingly.
"Then tell me what's the actual matter!" I yell and he groans.
"You wanna know why I kidnapped Mackenzie right?"
