GREEN SHADE PACK
"Where did you say Clara went to?" Beta Amos asks his wife Alice for the umpteenth time.
"I sincerely don't know. I saw her going out yesterday morning but I didn't ask her where she was headed to." She replies.
"Clara has never gone anywhere without informing me. For goodness sake tell me where my daughter is!"
"Can't you trust me even for once? I've been telling you that I don't know where she went to yet you keep on asking!"
"I hope you're telling me the truth because I don't trust you even one bit. I left Clara under your care and I don't understand how she left without your knowledge!" Amos says as he heads out.
"Suit yourself!" Alice rudely replies, making her mate to get angry even more.
On his way to the pack house, he meets Angela who's coming from the pack house and when he asks her about her sister, she replies that she's not Clara's keeper therefore she doesn't control wherever she feels like going.
"I can see that you and your mother have grown wings. I hope you'll tell the same to the Alpha when I inform him about Clara's disappearance!" Amos barks angrily at his daughter.
Angela just shrugs and walks away towards their house, completely ignoring her father's threats.
She's coming from Asher's house after spending the whole night there and due to the fatigue she's experiencing, she doesn't want anyone to waste her time at all.
Two days ago when Angela discovered that Noah is her fated mate, she informed her mother who encouraged her to reject him and also helped her devise a way to deceive Clara with the help of Asher so that they can send her to Noah.
Alice knows everything which transpired between Angela, Asher and Clara and she hopes Clara won't find her way back home because both of them will be doomed!
"Have you met your father on your way home?" Alice asks her daughter immediately she arrives home.
"Yes mom, and he asked me about that bastard Clara and I told him that I'm not her keeper and that he should go and look for her." Angela replies proudly. "I hope she disappears for good because her presence here will always bring us problems."
"I hope so too. If she ever steps her feet here, I'll squeeze the living daylights out of bed!" Alice adds, making Angela to giggle sheepishly.
"I am so tired mom, let me go and have a rest." Angela says as she walks towards her room.
"Don't oversleep you lazy bone! The dishes are still in the sink waiting for you to wash them!"
"You need to get yourself a house help mom because I can't even wash a plate to save my life!"
"Spoilt brat!" Alice says amid clenched teeth. "You need to train yourself how to do simple chores because your slave is nowhere to be seen!"
"You spoiled me mom, so deal with it!" Angela says as she bangs the door to her bedroom. "Don't disturb me, i.am.tired!" She warns, emphasising each and every word.
"I don't blame you!"

Meanwhile, at the Green Shade Pack's Pack House, every leader of the Pack has been called for a meeting by Asher's father who has just retired from his post, leaving it for his son Asher.
Alpha Leonard is still in charge of the Pack's activities even though his son is now the alpha but he needs to help in running it because the werewolf Council doesn't fully trust Asher with the post.
They recognise him to be a joker, a womaniser and categorically biased so he's still under their watch until he proves to be a trustworthy Alpha!
Beta Amos has already reported about his lost daughter to the alpha and they are gathered here so as to find out if anyone of them saw her.
Unknown to them, Asher and his warriors know exactly what happened to Clara and since Asher has already suspected that that's the reason for the urgent meeting, he has alerted all those who were involved and warned them to deny anything directed to them. As it is now, according to them, no one knows where Clara is! He also warns Angela to keep mum and she promises to keep everything a secret.
"Good morning everyone." Alpha Leonard greets the Pack leaders and after responding, he apologises for summoning them to an urgent meeting. However, he informs them that he has a pressing reason for calling them there.
He asks the leaders if any of them has by any chance seen Clara, their Beta's daughter anywhere but no one responds.
He asks again and again but he doesn't get any response at all. Finally, he gives up and dismisses them all, asking them to come to him in case they see or hear anything concerning her.
After the meeting, Amos is left discussing with Leonard while the other leaders head back to their duty posts and offices.
However, Asher rushes to his house and immediately places a call to Angela. He feeds her in on what the meeting was about and he still insists that she shouldn't let anyone else know about their little secret.
He also places a call to Andrew, the alpha of the Highrise Breeze Pack and asks him if anyone has gone to their Pack asking about Clara. Andrew who has all along been fully involved in the whole kidnap saga informs Asher that he hasn't seen anyone or heard about Clara being searched.
After hanging the call up, Asher slumps onto his bed, sighing heavily. He can't forget the great moment he had in bed with Angela and he sincerely looks forward to having her in his arms yet again!
He picks his phone yet again and calls Angela asking her if she will come to visit him again but she informs him that she's tired and that she will visit him late in the evening. Asher has already stopped seeing other girls so as to concentrate on Angela alone!
"I'll be expecting you." he exclaims happily and then hangs up. Well, according to him, s**t must go down tonight...
