Chapter 16 : Vincent (2)
“Thank you for taking me back. I don’t want to bother you so I can go home now.” Alex said apologizing for the inconvenience he must of caused his boss by making him take him back like this.
“Stay here for now, you don’t seem to be in any condition to leave on your own.” Vincent said in an almost commanding tone but it was a bit different than his usual one. This time it seemed to be filled with more emotion. Truthfully his heart ached a bit when he saw the pained expression Alex had on his face.
He took the assistant upstairs to lay on the huge queen sized bed. The second Alex’s head touched the pillow he was already fast asleep. It seemed like nothing could wake him up at this point.
