****Kate pov***

Immediately I got a feeling and the smell, I followed where the smell was coming from, lo and behold it was from the place where alpha Phillip stood, I guess he also felt it too, he began to check his body and his wolf was about to come out of his own body. "What?" I screamed again in my heart wishing that this could only be a lie.

Why would the moon goddess ever let me to be with someone like Philip, someone who killed my dad who's dad killed my own father he is the heir alpha here and I

know that I'm going to ever remain a servant here. I never expected that he is going to be the person meant for me. I turned around to look at my sister's face. I guess you must have also noticed what was going on.

Philip began to walk slowly to where I was standing, I guess he had also noticed it, could it be that we were destined mates.

"Hey you, so you are my mate!" Phillip said, as he stared at me in the face.

His facial expression was indifferent as I could not explain it , I did not know if he was glad or sad at the same time. I stared back at him in total disbelief….

"The slave, so you my mate?" He repeated again.

Now I am very sure that he must have gotten the feeling also and the smell or to know and realize that we are destined mates.

How can a mere servant like you be my mate?" he added almost immediately.

A sweep of anger rushed through my spine with so much hatred for him , my heart got covered up with revenge again just as it has always been, all I could feel for him was nothing but revenge. How can the moon goddess destined me to someone like him? while all I wanted to do was to avenge the death of my parents and nothing more. How am I going to be able to achieve that if I continue to be under Alpha Philip," I kept asking myself.

I never wish for any of this to happen, but I know deep down that alpha Philip might turn up to reject me as his mate because we are worlds apart. Even though I used to live a luxury life that is all in the past now and I'm servants in this Pack.

Philip began to walk slowly towards me and where I was standing I was overcome with grief, it is now confirmed that he's my destined mate. The moon goddess has not been fair to me.

"I can't believe we are mated, I'm not I can want someone like you, but be rest assured that you are a slave here and a slave you remain and I am not going to reject you eighther," Philip said with a little smile curled up on his lips.

I got more confused with his statement he doesn't want to reject me and at the same time he wouldn't even want me to also have my freedom. I'm in a total mess, only now do I realize how bad the situation is. I moved closer to him and wanted to speak but the words were heavy in my mouth.

A part of Philip's eyes shone so bright as he continued to stare at me ..

"On second thought, I think I won't reject you, I want you," Alpha Philip said almost immediately. Now I am even more confused. He just mentioned that he wants me. He doesn't want to reject me but why? Perhaps to keep me from enduring his torment forever. The moment everybody began to leave, some of the girls with him became angry as they walked out of the party so the party was over, Philip said I and I were left alone together.

" Now that we are alone, I am not going to reject you. I want you because the very first day that I saw you in the pack, I already liked you even though I did not know how to express myself because you're nothing but a slave here. You are now my mate and you are going to be around me all the time. I hope you get that straight." Alpha Philip said looking into my eyes. His eyes are full of l**t.

What did he just say, that he accepts me, he just accepted me right now even though he rejected me first in the midst of people and now he accepts me.

I walked back into the room even more confused but I was glad that Alpha Phillip accepted me as his mate. That way I will be able to achieve everything that my heart has been set out to do. I'll be able to avenge the death of my parents. I will take this opportunity as his mate and get the freedom that I want for my sister and I, and also to make sure that I get my freedom and to completely take over everything that they have taken from us. This is not going to be for love but full of revenge, I smiled to myself mysteriously.

"And why are you smiling to yourself, Kate?" I heard Mira's voice, I didn't even know when she got into the room.

"Well,you see Mira, the moon goddess destined for Alpha Phillip, the heir to this pack as my mate and he just accepted me?" I replied with a cute smile.

" what? You mean that cute and handsome looking alpha accepted you to be his mate, that means you're going to be with him and even get the opportunity to sleep with him," Mira asked with a surprised look.

"Yes that is it," I told her excitedly.

"No you must never accept him," Mira said. I paused to look at my sister, she didn't look happy.

"But why not, Mira, this is an opportunity for us, it is an opportunity for us to get the freedom we've always wanted. For us to avenge our parents death. I will use the opportunity as his mate to take over everything. I'm not going to love him, I am only going there to take my revenge and nothing but that," I said, as the smiles on my face vanished

"No, I insist you must never go to him. Why would you ever want to be with him, why do you always have to get every good thing. Now you have taken the cure alpha too. I love him too." Mira was visibly angry.

"But Mira we will get the opportunity to be free " I tried to explain to her.

"This is not about us, it's about me, it's about the fact that you always get everything good right from when our dad has been alive. I want the heir Alpha and I want you to stay clear," Mira replied.

"Mira, I hope you're not letting your jealousy take over you again?" I asked her.

I was so sad that my sister was not even happy for me she has once again let this her jealousy for me to overcome her she's always been jealous of me right from the time my dad was alive and I'm so surprised that up till now she is still jealous of me because she thinks I get every good thing and she has nothing for herself.
