Aeolian's POV:
I'm not sure how long it has been. I've lost track of days as sleep overtook me way too often and way too deep. All I knew was that somehow, I was still alive. Somehow, I would usually be forgotten in my small prison room and whenever i would wake up, a new wound would be on my body. I'm not sure what was happening, why was happening and who was doing it, but i was growing tired of fighting it. It was useless to keep fighting. It was useless to strive to free myself. It was useless to cry and scream and hiss insults at this point. no one cared and no one listened. As I wake this time, I realize i'm not in my room anymore. A soft windy breeze washes over me and I gasp, trying to catch all the fresh air I can. Where am I? I looked around with frantic eyes and try to push myself up. As I do, I realize i'm outside. Under the cloudless sky. The moon was thin, growing. A new moon might have passed over me again and I wouldn't have known... how beautiful the moon was tonight. how lovely its color was tonight and how lovely it shimmered among the countless stars.
I never thought I could look at the moon and feel so small.
"Are you done? " A low voice hisses at me and pulls me out of my thoughts.
When I turn my head and look to the side, I see him there. He's hiding in the shadow, as if too scared to step in the moonlight. Coward. Fuckign coward.. something within me snaps as I push myself up. I hiss at the pain that shoots through my body and shake off whatever dirt sticks to me. I'll f*****g kill this prick.... but as I stand up, a low muffled clinking of chain reaches my ears and something heavy around my neck tugs as I straighten myself. Now that I look down on myself, i see a thick metal chain, most likely the size of my wrist, weighing me down heavily. With a frantic turn, I followed the chain with my eyes.
"Dogs like you deserve to be chained, don't they, and live outside. " Demetri spoke with a maniacal laughter that at this point might be burned into my mind forever.
With a growl I turn to face him again, and to my surprise, he steps out of the shadow and comes closer, with slow steps, cautious, checking to see if I was about to lash at him. and oh~ you bet you ass i am!
With a swift movement, I launch forward with all the strength I can muster, ready to claw his f*****g face. but the chain tugs roughly against my neck and I fell backwards from the impact, the collar chocking me painfully. I fell back, the air kicked out of my lungs and my eyes teary as I struggled to breathe through the force of the impact of the collar. As I choke and struggle to breathe, the creepy face of the vampire looms above me, his smirk broad on his face as he watched me with amusement.
"Bad doggy... " he hisses with a strange tune, before straightening himself and walking away slowly, his eyes behind his back, making him look like an old ass person.
Disguting creature...
It soon becomes easier to breathe as I lay down and stare after him. I'm outside. The breeze is still warm. This was an improvement. Or maybe it wasn't. I am not sure yet. But it was nice to get out of that crappy cold room. At least here I could breathe more than just that hospital, death and decay stench, mixed with medicines and blood. horrible. Just the thought of it makes me gag.
As I do gag, I slowly crawl into the perimeter of the chain that traps me, so I can move a bit. I tug at it, and as I touch the metal, it burns me immediately. My skin sizzles and a loud yelp escapes me, as I drop the chain back to the ground, staring at my hand. It's red and a few blisters have already formed. What the hell?!
"Wolfsbane, you i***t! " Demetri's voice echoes from afar , amused by the situation.
I sigh and shook my hand, feeling defeated. I don't know if there was any way to ever break free from this hell, and this was just the cherry on top of things. I was tired, drained, hungry. I did not have the power to fight against this.
I take a sit on the cold ground and close my eyes. Giving up. I was giving up and I had little to no thoughts against it.

Elanor's POV:
"She sold us out! " Cassimir hissed, staring at the map that had several notes on it. "This can't be it! " he added with a curse under his breath.
"She didn't! We must be doing something wrong! " I reply and grab the map from him.
"We've been searching this forest for five days Ela! We either find him tomorrow or we give up. " Cassimir tosses his arms in frustration and I want to beat him with a stick.
As if I would give up on finding my mate. He was near. I could feel it. He was so close, out of reach, but close...
"Twats... " the red furred wolf barks at us in such a strange way that we both get startled. Since when could werewolves talk in their wolf form?!
But this was not human speech. This was very much animal sounds that simply resembled our language. Terryfying..
Her head swings to the side in a follow me kind of way and I want to roll my eyes. But she insists.
"We've just come from that direction! " I hiss pointing at the map.
"Actually we've been - " Cassimir grabs the map and we both suddenly realize we are lost.
the wolf seems to sigh and before we start fighting, it slowly walks away, in the direction she was pointing.
