Chapter 8

Ivan's pov:

Naka-tingin ako ngayon na patakbong papunta sa'min at mukang napasubok ito sa gulo.

"Anyare sa'yo bakla?" tanong ni Jaiceph.

"Shuta na kalaban ko ang isang miyembro ng 7 Elite Empire Soldier," sagot ni Edrian.

"Sino?" tanong ko.

"Si Marcial, grabe ang ganda ng Empire body weapon n'ya," sagot ni Edrian.

"Marcial is using an empire body weapon called Angel Wings, it's a strong metal that is bullet proofed and etc." Johnrey said while reading a book.

"May ibat-iba bang mga empire weapon?" tanong bigla ni Clarrise.

"We have 6 types of Empire weapon." I said while drinking water.

"First type is Empire accessories, those weapon are like an accessory to its user like Necklace or Shoes. Second type is Empire weapon, this are sword, guns, bow and many more. Third is Empire body weapon, this is like Edrian's arachne. Fourth is The Armory, it's an empire weapon that gives its user an armor which enhanced their strength and sometime can manipulate some elements. Lastly is the 2 heavenly weapon, which is Ivan's Scythe and General Jannelliza's sword." Johnrey explained.

"Grabe akala ko puro Empire weapon lang ang tawag sa lahat ng mga ito." Taas ni Clarisse sa Sniper nya.

"Each weapon is strong but the heavenly weapon can break them all." Johnrey added.

"So the only one who could face Geberal. Jannelliza is you Ivan?" Jerico asked while looking at me.

I stood up and gave them a cold facial expression before answering Jerico's question. "You're right, I'm the only who could bring down Jannelliza Jannelliza is strong same as her weapon but I can match her."

Iniwan ko naman sila na tahimik, I can feel my tears are falling from my eyes so I use my ability to levitate myself to the lake near the Cam. I can feel my tears falling to my eyes while I lay on my knees and cry my problem, I just wanna remove the pain inside my chest.

"Why can't I be strong?" I asked while crying.

I can see my reflection to the lake and saw how shattered I am.

"Bakit ba kasi ito nangyari sa pamilya namin? Why do Jannelliza have to be the general of the empire while I'm the leader of the Rebellion soldiers?" I cried.

I can feel that my hands are shaking because I feel too much rage, I close my eye before putting my hands in the water.

"Ahhhh!" I loudly screamed.

Because of that, the water of the lake slowly levitate and formed into a ball before it all falls back in it which got me wet. I silently cry all my pain while my hands are still in the water, all I could feel right now is pain because I know to myself that I can't face my sister yet.

"So you still go here?" A man's voice suddenly said

Tumingin naman ako rito at si Arjhay pala ito, lumapit naman ito sa'kin pero iniwas ko ang tingin ko rito.

"It's ok to be weak sometimes Ivan, you're still a human. Just let me help you Ivan, gawin mo akong sandalan mo." Punas ni Arjhay sa pisngi ko.

"Ayoko," tanging sagot ko habang umiiling.

"Why can't we just like before Ivan? Why do keep on closing the door to me?" He asked while holding my face.

I can see that Arjhay is about to cry but he's preventing himself from crying.

*flashback*

I was only 15 when I was watching Arjhay training to use his Empire Armor, he's only a year older than me but I know to myself that I already fall for him.

"Kita mo ba? Nagawa kong ilabas ang sword ng Lighting Armor ko," ngiting sabi ni Arjhay.

Tumango naman ako at pinalutang ang towel papunta sa kanya.

"Ang astig mo talaga Ivan," sabi ni Arjhay.

"Wala 'yun tsaka training ko na rin," sagot ko.

"Dapat mag pa-muscle ka katulad ko," ngiting bawi ni Arjhay.

"I can't have a muscle, mo body needs to be light so I could float in the air." I said while smiling.

Tumawa naman ito bago kunin ang damit n'ya, huminga naman ako ng malalim bago ibigay ang isang papel.

"Ano 'to?" tanong ni Arjhay habang binubuksan ang papel.

"Mom said that if I like someone I should make a letter about my feelings and give it to them." I said with an innocent smile in my face and hoping that he'll like it.

Akala ko ay ngingiti ito at guguluhin ang buhok ko kagaya ng palagi nitong ginagawa pero bigla n'yang pinunit ang binigay ko sa kanya at seryoso akong tinignan.

"I'm not gay Ivan, stop liking me." He said with a serious tone.

Hahawakan ko sana ang kamay nito pero mabilis n'yang iniwas at tinulak ako, I can see the disgust expression of Arjhay while looking at me.

"Don't come near me with your gayness." He said before his armor cover his body and face.

I tried my best to stand and walks away from him.

*end of flsshback*

"I can never open my door for you Arjhay, I can't." I said before I levitate myself away from him.

I can see that Arjhay fall down to his knees while staring blankly at the place where I put my hands.

Arjahy's pov:

I suddenly feel so stupid because if I just let Ivan express his feelings to me this won't happened, I liked him since the day that I met him but I became stupid and close the fact that I already fall for his smile since we were little.

"You're so stupid Arjhay." I said to myself with a bitter laugh.

Tumayo naman ako at bumalik sa kampo namin, I know that Ivan will never forgive me but I won't give up till I capture his heart back. This might seem so impossible but I will never give up until he loves me again, because I know that my heart only belongs to him.

I started to walk again but I look at the lake and smile. "Just wait for me, Ivan."

Jannelliza's pov:

Kaharap ko ngayon si Morrigan habang nasa tabi ko naman si Kris Ann na may benda parin.

"Are you sure that this machine is working properly?" I asked.

"I was able to kill the virus 100%, there's nothing to worry anymore." Morrigan said before giving a long cord to Kris Ann.

Kris Ann quickly took it and insisted it to her eyes, while Kris Ann is looking for information Morrigan approached me.

"Do you think I'll be able to became a great scientist like Dra. Ylreveb?" Morrigan asked.

"If you work hard then you'll become like her." I said with a blank tone.

"Did I told you of how fan I am of your father, someday I wanna be like him too." Morrigan said.

Bigla naman akong napatigil dahil sa sinabi nito.

"Be a better man Morrigan, never try to copy someone you know because he or she is successful." I said with a serious tone.

"Then I'll just be the man for you." Morrigan said with a weird smile on his face.

"Have I already told you how weird you are?" I asked.

"Hindi naman weird 'yun, sweet kaya," sagot naman nito.

Sasagot sana ako pero inalis na ni Kris Ann ang cord sa mata n'ya.

"Did you find anything?" I asked.

"Mr. & Mrs. Arjo has no name in any parts of this world, this means that they are the Rebel who spied on the anniversary of the empire." Kris Ann said. "They are fraud and we even helped them.

"Then we need to know their real identity as soon as possible so we could make a move against the Rebellions, those 2 needs to pay for lying to me and they deserves to die." I said with a firm tone.

"The problen is, how can we know their real identity." Kris Ann protested. "I couldn't match them with anyone.

"Morrigan can you try making a flying device that can watch the base of the Rebellions?" I asked.

"I could generate one but it will take after 2 weeks." Morrigan said with a disappointed voice.

"2 weeks is enough Morrigan, we can wait for that so we could spy on the inside of the Rebellion." Kris Ann said.

"She's right, 2 weeks is just a short span of time and we could wait for your invention." I added.

Marcial's pov:

After 1 hour I can finally remove the sticky substance in my wigs.

"This is so disgusting, that little rebel will pay for what he did to me." I firmly said.

Inayos ko naman ang pakpak ko at lumipad, pagkarating ko sa empire ay agad kong inalis sa likod ko ang Empire body weapon ko, mabilis akong lumapit sa red at kumuha ng isang heed bago ito tunggain.

"Papakalasing ka ata tol," ngising saad ni Marc.

"Nakaharap ko ang isa sa mga rebelde at ang galing n'ya makipaglaban," sagot ko.

"The Rebellion is really getting more stronger than before," singit naman ni Marc.

I took a deep breath before I let out a sighed before drinking the last can of beer in my hand.

"I'll be reporting this to General. Jannelliza tomorrow, for now I'm gonna rest." I said while turning my back on Marc.

"You're right, the General need to know this," Marc added.

Which made me stop and look at him.

"You know that they are getting stronger so you must get strong too, I can still sense that you and Kurt are still on the lowest rank so you must prove your worth to General. Jannelliza," I coldly said.

"I know," he said before avoiding my gaze.
