I said,” I’m not bothering to unpack my suitcases. I am going with you. Wherever you go, so do I!!!”

Her throat caught in a sob. “No! Isiah! Absolutely not! You are a strong man……. Alpha born Beta! This pack is going to need you….. Desperately! Montego is a weak Alpha…… your strength supersedes his own! You are even stronger than our Uncle Aaron and Alpha Anderson. They all know it. Without you, Crystal Wolf Lake would fall! I know it… and you know it!!!”

I shrugged,” I don’t want to be here without you! It won’t feel the same! It won’t be my home! My home is wherever you are, Cool Breeze!

Again, she shook her head,” I said, No! Remember the plan was always for me to leave tonight and stand on my Lone Wolf status. Nothing has really changed. I except I have to wait for my second chance mate, now! I emailed the council…. They have already responded. I told them everything…. Full disclosure! So, my Lone Wolf Status is now official! I will only be six hours away at the University…. for the next two years! We will Facetime…and text….and you can come see me…. every weekend…if you want. You are the only family I have left, Isiah! I need to know you are following your dreams, too!”

My little sister…. Everyone always comes before her. I replied,” I will record my Ascension ceremony for Beta of this pack once it has been rescheduled. For us to watch together, okay?”

“Okay, sure? But why is it being rescheduled?”, she asked, unaware of the latest developments.

“Well, it seems Montego couldn’t handle the rejection pains. The pack doctor thinks he will be out for the next two to three days.” I informed her.

Grace started laughing, “Good! That’s what he gets! Luna sent him all the rejection pains, plus she used our only forcible severance of a mate bond without consent wild card!"

"What?! I don't understand!" I expressed to her, so confused with her words.

"He got the pain from my rejection of the pack and him. So, basically, the Moon Goddess granted me an immediate mate bond severance without the other party's permission and/or willingness to accept the rejection. Luna knew Shadow would never accept the rejection. Shadow wanted us but Montego wanted Faith.” she informed me, still laughing and pleased with herself.

“Sis! Cool breeze! How did you even know how to do all that to him?!!” I said, laughing. My sister is truly amazing. She is always teaching me something new.

“We are Moonsong, Isiah! WE ARE THE PRIZE! Never forget who you are, it’s in our DNA! Razor knows how if you ever need to tap into your POWER!!!!,” she said, smiling with pride.

“I see NO CONTACTS!! You look amazing! I’m so proud of you!!,” I confessed, as I shook my head, smiling at her. I know this is huge for my sister. She is revealing a huge part of herself. She is showcasing her power and rarity. Completely stepping out of our sisters’ shadows. My sister truly is a rare gem.

“No! More Contacts, it’s time to step into the next chapter of my LIFE!!! I won’t do it hiding who I am anymore! I plan to be unapologetically me!”, she declared so confidently.

As I stood up to walk my sister out to her vehicle, my aunt and uncle walked in…… Razor just growled deeply in my chest. I stood up protectively, in front of my little sister. My Uncle Aaron shouted” STAND DOWN, ISIAH! WE HAVE ONLY COME TO SAY OUR GOODBYES!!!!”

Grace laughed in their faces again,” DON’T F****** BOTHER! YOU HAVE NEVER THOUGHT OF ME AS YOUR DAMN FAMILY….SO SAVE THE PERFORMANCE FOR SOMEONE ELSE!! SAYING GOODBYE TO ME IS AN EMPTY F***** GESTURE! ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU JUST WISHED DEATH ON ME!!! SO GO TO HELL!! I NEVER WANTED TO SEE EITHER OF YOU EVER, AGAIN! THAT GOES DOUBLE FOR MY SISTERS!!! YOU ARE ALL DEAD TO ME, EXCEPT FOR ISIAH!! ISIAH IS THE ONLY FAMILY I HAVE LEFT!!!”

My Aunt lost it, “YOU HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SUCH AN UNGRATEFUL CHILD!” And Grace just laughed again as we started to walk outside.

When we got to her Jeep, Gamma Chancey and my sister Chastity walked up. Chastity sadly announced,” I will miss you! I hope one day you will understand..... why I had to take Faith’s side! She is a victim in this too, Grace! She had him first!! The Moon Goddess was wrong to pair you with him! We just corrected an error!"

“Save it, Chastity! I will never forgive you! Isiah is my only family member, now. The rest of you are dead to me! I have disowned you to wallow in your own shame and misery! Just remember YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW!! I HOPE ALL OF YOU CAN EXPLAIN YOUR ACTIONS TO THE MOON GODDESS SELENA!!!” Grace said rather dismissively.

Gamma Chancey started shaking,” Grace, YOUR EYES!! WHAT THE HELL?!! YOUR EYES ARE VIOLET, GRACE!!!”

Just then, Alpha Anderson and Luna Naomi walked out the door to stand by and watch us. I could hear Luna Naomi weeping.

‘GRACE!!! GO PUT YOUR CONTACTS ON RIGHT NOW!!!”, demanded Aunt Sarah.

“NOOOOOO!!! YOU DON’T GET TO RUN MY MF LIFE ANYMORE!! YOU DON’T GET A SAY ANYMORE IN WHAT I DO OR DON’T DO!! F*** YOU!! AND F*** OFFF!! LOVE YOU, ISIAH AND LUNA NAOMI!! I’M OUT THIS b***h!!!,” yelled Grace at the top of her voice while smiling at me.

“I LOVE YOU, TOO COOL BREEZE!! CALL ME!! ONCE YOU GET HOME! SO I KNOW YOU GOT HOME SAFELY!!”, I shouted back at her.

“I LOVE YOU, TOO!! TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!! PLEASE, FORGIVE MY SILENCE!! FOR TODAY WE HAVE TRULY LOST A BELOVED TREASURE AND THE RIGHTFUL LUNA OF THIS PACK!!!!”, yelled Luna Naomi through her tears. My sister simply smiled at her and winked.

“Oh! By the way, Champ! Where is my one hundred bucks? You lost the bet, remember. Pay up!” she asked, laughing.

Quickly, I pulled out my wallet and handed a $100 dollar bill to her; I just shook my head. She hugged me tight for a good five minutes.

I watched my sister jump into her Jeep Wrangler and drive off into the night.

“Is someone going to tell me why Grace's eyes were F***** VIOLET?!!”, demanded Alpha Anderson.

“MAYBE, NOW!!! WHEN I TALK...... YOU WILL LISTEN!!!”, shouted Luna Naomi at her mate in pure frustration, anger and sadness.

“WHAT THE HELL!!! ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT NOW, WOMAN?!!”, shouted Alpha Anderson back at Luna Naomi.

She took a deep breath and said,” I told you to never underestimate a Moonsong or do them WRONG!! But NONE OF YOU WOULD LISTEN TO ME!! NOW YOU WILL ALL REAP WHAT YOU SOW!! THE MOON GODDESS WILL NOT BLESS ANY OF YOUR BEHAVIORS!!!’ yelled Luna Naomi as she walked back into the house, slamming the door.

“I will keep my Beta position and carry on the legacy of my family in this pack. However, the only family I have left just drove off, my beloved sister Grace Audrey Moonsong. Because, I disown the rest of you. Just as you treated my sister Grace…. Even wishing death upon her….so shall I now treat you!! If it’s not about pack business, don’t speak to me! My family died today! The only living family I have left is Grace Audrey Moonsong.” I declared as I shoved past them. I quickly shifted into Razor my wolf and ran! I needed to be alone.
