Kaylie’s POV
My eyes shot open as a c***k of thunder echoed through my room then followed by my room lighting up with lightning that cracked across the sky. I tried sitting up and finding my phone to check the time, but something was holding me down. As my eyes adjusted to the darkness of my room, I realized that I was sleeping with half of my body on top of Jake and his arms were wrapped around me holding me in an embrace. As nice as this cuddle session is, I am dying of thirst and really need to pee. I slowly peel myself away from Jake and climb out of bed, without waking him up.
