"Ryan, you make me wait; It is so hot outside," Hazel said, wiping the drops of sweat from her head. After some good scolding from her about making her wait outside in the sun. Ryan started the car and drove off to her hostel. He gives her a lift to her hostel every day. The car was driving on similar routes. After the drive of twenty minutes, the car stopped in front of the women hostel. She got out of it with a smile on her face. "Bye, Ryan. Thank you!" Hazel waved him goodbye. He smiled. "No problems, bye." He said. Ryan watched her walking inside the hostel. He then drove towards his house. Hazel got inside the hostel. It was quiet in here because the women lives here. They come back late from their jobs. Hazel went towards her room at a slow pace. She was so tired. She came inside then locked the door. She laid down on her bed staring at the roof for some time. She then got up took off her sneakers. She went to the bathroom to take a good shower. Hazel put on her comfy PJ's. She was feeling refreshed and comfortable, she dried her hair rubbing them with a towel. She put some lotion on her face. Hazel saw herself in the dressing mirror. She was looking a little skinny. She shrugged her shoulders. Hazel came towards her study table then sat on the chair. She felt her stomach grumbled. So, without wasting any time, she got out of her room going towards the kitchen to grab some food. Hazel took a bowl of fruit and came back inside her room. She thought to complete the assignment for her best friend, Bellemy. Hazel sat on her bed eating the bowl of fruits. After finishing it, she again laid on the bed. She closed her eyes, thinking about her life. She is living in this hostel for three years; she works as a waitress in a restaurant from 5:00 to 8:00. Hazel has it very difficult for her; life is not so easy. She didn't remember for how long she has been living alone! But it is her life. Her mother died years ago. AND her father left her in an orphanage. From that time, she is living up on her own. She struggled so much. She is living for herself, a dream to graduate from college with good grades. So, she can get a good job. Hazel was thinking about her future when her phone dinged beside her on the bed. She picked up her phone to find a notification from her social media account. She opened the screen reading the text; a smile spread on her face. Hazel picked up her laptop turn it on. She unlocked the window then connected to the internet. She opened her social media account to find a few messages from a man. She admires him the most! "Leo sent you a message." The window again dinged with a notification. Hazel starts opening his messages with a beaming smile on her face. Her face was shining in the light of the laptop. She was laid on her stomach on her bed. The laptop was placed in front of her; she was biting down her bottom lip. Hazel hand start typing a reply on the keyboard, her fingers working fast. (Conversation) Leo: “Hi, beautiful. How are you doing today?” Hazel: “Hello, Leo. I am fine. How was your day?” Leo: “My day went missing you badly!” Hazel: “Oh, I see… I thought you were busy with your meetings.” (blushing) Leo: “Yeah, it was a hectic day. But you know, I always wait for the time to talk to you about my whole day. So, I miss you the whole time.” (Hazel: “Leo, I miss you too.” She typed and erased it! ) Hazel: “Leo, it’s been four years. I know your routine very well, I know how much you miss me. Eye-roll emoji!” Leo: Haha, Hazel, you are being so practical. Smiling emoji.” Hazel: Leo you know me well then this; Okay I have to go...” Leo: “Wait Where are you going? What’s the hurry?” Hazel: “I have to complete an assignment for Bellemy. She is on a date.” Leo: “Oh, so when are you going on one? I am waiting for that day, Wink emoji.” Hazel: “Leo, please,” Hazel face lit up when she thought about him taking her on a date. Leo: Okay, Okay! I am coming back to my hometown in a few weeks. It’s my younger brother’s birthday. So, I planned a surprise for him.” He shared a big surprise with her. Hazel's face went into a shock. He is coming back here! She will meet him? Hazel's heart was beating so fast. She re-read the text on the computer screen. Leo is coming here so they both can meet! They both will see each other after the four years of virtual friendship? Or love from her side. Hazel has just one wish to see him for once in her life. She can not believe it. The laptop screen lit again, she came out of the trance. Leo: “Where have you gone?” Hazel starts typing on the keyboard with shaky hands. Hazel: “Leo, you never mentioned it earlier? So suddenly?” Leo: “Yeah, it’s some business and family matters. But, I am especially coming back for my brother, AND...” He didn’t complete his sentence. Hazel gulped biting her bottom lip. Hazel: “and…?” Leo: “Stop biting your bottom lip.” He typed. She wondered at his discerning her so much! Hazel: “I am not biting my lip. Leo, you didn’t answer my question?” Leo: “I am coming especially to meet with a beautiful girl.” Hazel smiled. Hazel: “How do you know that the girl is beautiful? You haven’t seen her,” She again bit her lip waiting for his answer. He was typing... The window showing the directions typing... Her heart was beating fast. Leo: “Just like that, I know that her heart is beautiful and pure. So my heart alerted me to face a beautiful face too.” Hazel read his message smiling. She typed. Hazel: “That was cheesy.” She laughed. Leo: “ Laughing emoji. Yeah, I know that was cheesy, by the way; Hazel, have you planned anything about the prom?” There was a curiosity in his words. She knew he will not like the idea of her going on the prom with any guy. Leo is so possessive over her, he never said it... But, his speech of text shows it. Hazel: “Leo, I am not going with anyone. Don’t worry, No one asked me to go with them; I would be in the hostel.” She typed. Leo: “Oh, my poor girl! Sad emoji. But I am happy, I only want you to go out with me,” Hazel face lights with a crimson shade again. Here comes the possessive guy. Hazel: “Leo, that was so selfish,” She sent it. Leo: “Yes, I am selfish about you. I don’t like sharing you with anyone, you are my…” He again left his sentence incomplete. Hazel: “Leo, your what?” Her curiosity, She typed it then sent it. But then she regretted it. She facepalmed herself and bit her tongue. She would have expressed herself like a desperate teen.
