Hazel was sitting on the green carpet of the vast lawn in the collage. Her eyes roamed on the words of a very interesting book in her hand. She was so drawn to it. She tucked back the huge glass frame of her specs back on her nose. The cool wind in this beautiful weather is giving a refreshing peace to her soul. Hazel was drawn into the world of a beautiful romantic novel, all her attention was on the book. She didn't feel the presence behind her; someone shrieked near her ear. She got frightened when the boy put a hand on her shoulder. Hazel turned around to find her good friend standing with a beaming smile on his face. "Ryan, you scared me?" She put a hand on her heart, it was thumping with the speed of a car. She was breathing heavily. Ryan laughed loudly, he sat beside her on the grass."What are you reading?" He asked. But, before she can answer, he took the book from her hand examining it."Haha, I can never imagine... 'YOU' reading a romance novel!" He was cackling crazy. Hazel gave him a look but didn't say anything, her eyebrow was arched in annoyance."Why I can not read romance?" She twitched her mouth, asking him seriously."Hazel, I have never seen you involved in any kind of activity such as love and romance. I know you better than most people. I saw a very practical girl." He said."So, a girl practical as me can not read romance?" She said."My best friend; listen to me. You will not think about romance or fantasy, But about states and business. Hazel doesn't see the dreams of a Prince Charming but a Real Guy, who can take her expenses." Ryan explained his analysis to her. Hazel smiled at him, Ryan thought, he knows her very well."Now, tell me why are you reading this?" He asked again flapping the book in front of her face. "I am trying to help Bellemy in her English literature. She has an assignment to complete. But, she has a date with Alex, so she asked for my help." Hazel shrugged her shoulders."Ohh, Okay that makes sense. I think they will break up soon..." Ryan also shrugged his shoulders. He put his arm on her shoulders making her close to him. The guy hugs; He always does; they are very good friends from Hazel side and best friends from Ryan side."Ryan, let me read a few pages..." She said trying to get the book back from his hand but he moved it away."Hazel, we have a business class in ten minutes with Mr Michealson. Don't forget that, we have to go now..." "Let's say, I am your shining armour in a dark night." He said with a prideful look. Hazel smiled looking at his expressions, then punched him in the chest. He whined making a painful face. "It hurts!!!" He said pointing towards his heart. Hazel laughed whole heartily."You are such a Drama King." She said."Lol, Drama King... Is that a word for a charming boy?" He questioned."Come on, let's go... I am hungry my stomach is punching me from inside to fill it up." Hazel said. Ryan smiled then stand up from his place saluting her..."Mam, Hazel. We have exactly twenty minutes to eat. So, get your lazy ass up from the grass lawn." He said in a serious tone. Hazel didn't get his tone for a few seconds... But then it hit her after a few moments."Ryan, I will beat your ass for using that word. Wait. You i***t!" She shouted. Ryan laughed loudly running inside the campus to save him from his best friend, Hazel was running behind him."Ryan, stop right there..." She shouted but he didn't stop. A few students were staring at both of them; but, they all know they both fight like cats and dogs. Indeed everyone thinks; They are Best Friends. After reaching the canteen, they both huffed. They were laughing crazily. Hazel finally reached him; she hit him on the head hard with the books in her hand. Ryan then surrender, they both sat at the table to take a breath. Ryan went to get a good meal for both of them from the counter, they both chew their food chatting along... After finishing their food. They stand up running towards the class with Mr Michelason. After a hectic day at the campus, it was 3:00 in the afternoon, Ryan was waiting for Hazel to come outside. He saw her coming out of the campus. Hazel is a very simple girl, she didn’t show herself much! She is 5’8 in height, she is slim with a sleek gold body, her skin colour is fair with a round face. Her amber green eyes complement her skin, she has full plump lips and a small round nose. When she smiles her cheeks dump with two cute dimples, she wears a huge glass frame on her eyes to hide the beauty of her eyes. She always tied her natural ash brown long straight hairs into different types of buns. Today, she made a loose bun. Hazel wears loose shirts mostly white or black with some embroidery. She wears jeans and sneakers. Her look made her personality very shady but she likes it… AND Ryan knows she is a very interesting person. Her outer appearance doesn't matter to him. Once Ryan asked her; she told him, she feels comfortable in the clothes. Also, she doesn’t want any attention from the college playboys. Ryan once was the hero of the college. When he saw her for the first time, he also ignored the strange girl. At that time Ryan has a huge friend circle. But, he didn’t know that they all were just fake people. People were just beside him due to his money or fame. He is the son of a multi-billionaire, it was Hazel, she opened his eyes. Ryan was broken for some time knowing about the fake people.
