Clover Two hours earlier ‘Do you want to leave?’ Calder asks as he stalks over to me. I don’t know how to answer so I don’t say anything. ‘Answer me. Do you want to leave?’ He asks again. ‘Your home? I feel safe here. I think I feel safe with you. I’m happy here.’ I say but I don’t know where this is coming from. He sags in relief. ‘What’s wrong?
