As Ami saw the troops were fiercely charging towards her and looking at her friend pleading in tears for her to leave, Ami quickly turned with the horse, with sadness she escaped before the gate could close. She kept charging with the horse as she makes her way into the woods.
It is already getting dark; the horsemen have seized John, Davis, the Princess, and Kritus and took them to their king’s dungeon. “You all are nuts!” John yelled at the men as they shut the door of the dungeon. John looked back and said to Kritus who was sitting close to a wall, “What do you mean you can’t do magic here?” “The land is warded against magic and whoever that performs magic, the magic will turn against them whether good or bad,” Kritus replied.
