New World
Before they reincarnated into another world, in the Kingdom of Osis ruled by King Ragnus whose wife has been barren. They were living in a peaceful world until it became the land of the dead.
After World War X, the world is united as one in the year 2050 and was ruled by a Noble from England known as Eliot the great. Eliot the great controls the affairs of the world under one government. Countries were at peace with each other and well advanced in technology. Technology innovation was part of the achievement of Eliot the great.
There is no country in the world that is not advanced in technology and scientifically speaking, all are trying to be the best in science and technology as Eliot the great has opened doors of learning to many countries.
The banking system deals with one currency since Eliot the great has united the world. Peace is not far from the people as they believe they are one not minding the skin color, race, or cultural differences before World War X.
Each country oversees a given task and for education, Eliot the great has made the Asian continent the center of learning. It was a new academic session; students all over the world are proceeding to the Asia continent depending on their field of study. China has been made the faculty of science by Eliot the great; students wishing to study medicine and science-related course proceed to China for studies.
As new students were being received by China in the year 2050, many students from Africa outnumbered the number of students from other parts of the world; the majority of Africans now give their time to science.
In the New University of China for Sciences, freshmen assembled in the conference hall being received by the President of the faculty. They were given the school brochure to study and make sure they follow the rules of the school as speculated by the governing authorities under the authority of Eliot the great.
After a brief welcoming ceremony, the new students returned to their respective domes. The students were all getting along easily as they chatted and cheered for the night, each introducing themselves and their home country.
Early in the morning after breakfast, every student headed straight to their classes, “Good morning students and welcome to the New University of China,” Prof Liu said. “Good morning Prof,” the students replied. “I am Prof Liu and I will be taking you guys on Lab Tech,” Prof Liu added as he walks up to the stage to turn on the projector.
“It is imperative to make friends and above all keep your grades up,” Prof Liu narrated as he walks down from the stage and continued, “In the New University of China we base literally on practical and you have to challenge yourselves for the best.” As Prof Liu wanted to speak more, one of the students cuts in, “I can’t wait to get into the lab,” said Davis as he smiles. “It is rude to interrupt me, boy,” Prof Liu said as he walks up to Davis. “What is your name, boy?” Prof Liu asked Davis as he looks straight into Davis’ eyes. “I am Davis sir,” Davis replied. “Davis from which country?” Prof Liu asked as he continues looking Davis straight in the eyes. “I am from Brazil, sir,” Davis replied as he puts his face down.
“I bet you are the smart one?” Prof Liu asked Davis. Expecting an answer from Davis, Prof Liu said in a low tone, “I am not asking a rhetorical question, boy.” “I am sorry sir,” Davis replied. “You have to be sorry for yourself,” Prof Liu said as he walks to the Pew.
Later in the day after series of lectures, Davis was on his way to his hostel when Jessica walked up to him, “Hi, I am Jessica from Canada,” Jessica introduces herself. “Nice to meet you, Jessica, I am Davis from Brazil,” Davis replied as he gives out his hand for a shake. “How are you enjoying the new environment?” Davis asked Jessica. “I am trying to fit in,” Jessica replied with a smile. “This is my first time visiting this school,” Jessica added. “Likewise me,” Davis replied as they laughed together. “So what are you up to?” Jessica asked Davis.
“I am heading to my hostel,” Davis replied as he points in the direction. “Oh! That is nice,” Jessica smiles. “I was wondering if we could hang out sometime,” Jessica said as she puts her head now. “That is amazing,” Davis replied. “It will be fun,” Davis added. “See you later,” Jessica smiles as she turned and headed in the opposite direction.
After Davis has finished taking his bath, he sat down on his bed to refresh his memory on the lectures he received today, one of his roommates walked in and yelled in excitement, “Yeah! My man!” John said. “I am missing Africa mehn,” John said as he held Davis from behind. “Knock it off dude,” Davis replied. “I am trying to study,” Davis added. “Sorry mehn,” John replied as he sat beside Davis.
“I am just coming back from the canteen,” John said. “And so?” Davis asked. “I heard rumors about our faculty,” John answered. “What about it dude?” Davis asked as he closed his book feeling curious. “We are going to undergo some experiment using dead bodies,” John replied. “That is not new in medical science,” Davis replied as he opened his book to read. “Mehn I know this is not new but what I heard is new,” John said.
Getting Davis’ attention for the second time, Davis closed his book and asked again out of curiosity, “What exactly is it you heard that is not new?” Davis asked John. Before John could answer, Davis said again, “And this time, be specific.”
“This is crazy mehn. The last such experiment was carried out s**t went weird mehn!” John replied in a loud creepy voice. “You still are not specific,” Davis replied. “Can you tell me what you heard and how you heard it,” Davis said in a low tone as he was already losing his patience with John.
