I should have told you that I loved you. I could have learnt a lot from you. I could have been there for for you. If not there at your darkest moments but at least you grayest moments. I would do anything to take it back, anything to save you and bring you back to us. But I can't. It's too late. All we can do is wait. We're sorry.

As Athiss was on the run for his life, he could hear the voices of death behind him.
Calling.
"Turn. Look back." The devil whispered into Athiss ear.
"No. Don't." An angel said. "Remember the piler of sault."
The piler of sault was a biblical story said to be true. It was a story about a family running away from the city called Saddam and Gomorrah, that was being destroyed by the God of Abraham. The God of Abraham had spared that family, allowing them to leave with their life with the condition that no matter what they should not look back. But one had looked back. It was the wife, Lot's wife.
With that reminder, Athiss hardened his mined to not turn his head a look back.
"Look back."
"Don't."
But the howl of death was so close to Athiss ears, that it scared him so much that he looked back. But when he looked back he didn't see the eyes of death, chasing him like a rat. While he was looking back a low branch had appeared out of no where, hitting the back of his head and sweeping him of the horse like dirt, send him flying to the ground and into the world of unconsciousness.
It seemed as if the gods weren't done with the tael of Athiss, so they covered him with bushes, hiding his scent from the nose of the death wolves and his body from the red eyes of death. Athiss had stayed in those bushes till the next night. The night his mates, Lieon and Seth found him.
His grand plan of escape had turned out to be nothing but a failure, like all his other plans. But what could you expect from someone, who was dumb in the plan fabricating department?
One world.
Failure.
His plan was simple.
When the masters and the gourds were distracted, he would sleep away with a hours and ride himself into a quiet place. Away from any human or supernatural. If the quiet place was near a cliff, then he would gladly jump into his freedom. But if it was not a cliff then he would slit his throat, with little knife he had kept hiding in his boots.
Whatever way he died, he'll die being the author of his death and the light of freedom shining down on him, brighter than even the sun on a sunny day.
But before he would kill himself, he would remove the collar on his neck. It was the symbol of his s*****y. God forbid, he'll die with that god for seeking thing on his neck. That was the only that could rise up, and speck against his freedom. The gods forbid that he'll die a slave. The light of freedom shall upon him, like the sun on Mercury.
"I would die free." These were words that Athiss had chanted to himself, told himself and had eating. They were words that had kept him going. And before he would leave this world, he would say to all that could hear his words. "I am Athiss, son of Human, burn a slave. But to night I am free and I shall die a free man." And then, he would kill himself and the world would go on as if he had never existed.
As if Athiss, had never been.
When Athiss had finished recounting the event that happened on the night death, he took a deep breath.
Taws.
It was a sound that had followed, after Athiss had taken a deep breath.
It was a slap.
The sound of the slap had hit Athiss' ears before the pain had. The force of the slap had turned Athiss into a paper plain, sending him up and bringing him down like a wrecking ball, descending into the earth. Athiss had crashed onto the ground, his right hand holding his cheeks with the amount care a mother would hold her new born child. He stared at the twins in shock, tears flowing out of his eyes like blood from a slit throat.
"This happened and you didn't say anything." Lieon roared out, his nose expanded to let the anger steem out. "You will be punished. Next time something as important as this happens the punishment you'll receive today would be doubled."
The sound of knocking had paused the tv drama going on in the room, momentarily. "Coming in." Lieon growled out. Blu pocked his head first into the room, then his body followed and the click of a closed door followed lastly.
"What do you want Blu." Seth asked in a sickenly calm vice and a voice so sweet that it could causeva tooth to decay. "Umm... I just wanted to know if you guys are okay."
"We're okay Blu. It's late, go to bed." Seth said.
Are you sure you guys are okay?"
"Yer we are. Go to bed, we'll come up once we are done with this." Lieon said with the five o'clock shadow of a smile, on his face.
Blu smile brightly at the two alphas, then quicky glanced at Athiss who had taken up residence on the floor.
"Okay. You guys can take your time. No rush." Then he left the room.
When the door was closed, it brought with it back the original number of people in the room.
Three.
Three people.
The twice turned back and looked at Athiss with fire in their eyes. “No pain killers for you tomorrow. You'll spend twenty four hours without it.” Lieon said.
‘No. They wouldn't do this. They can't.’ Athiss thought to himself. But when Athiss looked into their eyes, the flames in their eyes told him they were dead serious. ‘Breath Athiss.’ Athiss told himself and he did as he said. He took in a deep breath and nodded his head while saying, “Yes masters.”
He would take his punishment. Just like every punishment he had ever taken till this day. He would take it. There was no difference from it and the others. They were the same.
They were all punishments.
