I got to work and I was not thinking straight, all my thoughts were on this betrayal by Laura. It really hit me hard as I could not believe Laura would do something like that to me.
"Could she have been deceiving me this whole time just to get my money? It just doesn't make any sense to me right now!" I exclaimed in anger as I banged my hand on the table in front of me.
