“Don’t be jealous, and don’t say that you weren’t. Len and I are old friends and nothing more. He’s firmly committed to—” he turned them to face the table, “Tony, as you can see.” As Len was locking lips with the man seated cattycorner from him, Eddie relaxed and apologized for what he’d been thinking. “No problem,” Jules replied. “Given my reputation, I totally get it. I think there’s a few men who will be surprised to find out I’ve given up my profligate ways now that we’re together.” “Including me,” Eddie teased as they strolled back to the table, getting a grin from Jules in reply.
