“Lucas, Ella. We have a location and we are moving out.” James shouts as he rattles on the door waking us up.
“Okay James we will be ready to leave in 10.” I say hoping from the bed to find my combat gear.
“Ella...” Lucas begins as he leans his elbows on his knees, watching me march about the bedroom.
“The answer is no Lucas so don’t even finish that sentence. There’s no way I’m not coming with you to get Anna back.”
“But-“
“NO! There is not a thing you could say that will change my mind and if you try to stop me I swear I will never forgive you!” I stare at him with steely determination in my eyes.
He knows there is no point in arguing with me in this instance. He would loose me if he tried to get in my way.
“At least promise to stay close.” he says sternly.
