"How's your face Nose, is that okay?" I asked Nose as I examined the scar on his face.
"Of course! You're good in taking care of me, so yeah! I'm okay now. Thank you Master Lips." A mischievous smile on his lips did not escape my sight.
"Nice! new look Nose, with that scar, you look awesome Buddy!"
Nose smirk and look at me meaningfully. "Thank you Eyes, wish me luck that Master Lips, likes me too!"
I glared at Eyes who was smiling while picking up his weapon and walking out of the tent.
"Are all your teammates ready, Lips?"
I was holding a rifle and then one by one I looked at my comrades who's some of them were wearing soldier clothes.
"We are all ready for the mission, Captain Nero. Teeth, Hair and Neck will enter the camp. Nose, Ears, Arms and I, will go around the perimeter of the Camp. And Eyes will be left outside to watch over.
"Your mission is different now. You have to bring their captive General Gawtan out alive, if you can avoid making trouble and killing, do it. Is that clear! Assassins?"
"All clear, Captain Nero! ."
"Good... Hair! You're going to pretend to be General Gawtan's brother, and in case you get caught." Nero turned to me, then said seriously... "Master Lips, you know what to do when that happens."
I immediately saluted to Nero. I don't call him Captain even though he calls me Master. not because I don't have respect for him. as long as I'm comfortable calling him Nero, and it's okay with him so I'm used to it.
"What if they release the Zomblins?" I asked Nero then c****d my rifle.
"We have no choice when that happens, but to Exterminate all of them, especially the zomblins.. leaving no survivors."
We all looked at each other because of what Nero said. I even saw Eyes enter the tent with the weapon that Neck had made. I know that's the weapon he's going to use on zomblins because they can't be killed by ordinary weapons, they're not normal people, they're monsters invented by a crazy scientist, who was recently found dead in his own laboratory .
"The back up will come, after five minutes. When you enter their camp. Assassins... Good luck!"
"Aye! Aye! Captain Nero!"
Everyone was busy preparing the equipment for battle.
"Lips, can I talk to you for a moment? I just have something important to tell you."
I stopped what I was doing and turned to Nose who was seriously standing behind me, I can see the confusion on his face. 'and why is that?' I pointed to a long chair and we sat there together.
"What are we going to talk about and you seem anxious there, Nose? Do you have a problem? Tell me and maybe I can help you."
"I just want to let you know everything before we go to war .."
I frowned at Nose's sad voice. He seems to be in trouble.
"Are you okay! Nose?" I asked him with concern.
"Yeah! Just listen to what I'm going to tell you, it's only now, because who knows if we're still alive after the war, who knows what will happen to us? we're fighting a different kind of creature now, I might lose the opportunity to tell you all this." Then he smiled sadly at me.
I felt sorry for Nose, especially when I glanced at his scar on his right cheek. He's different now, he doesn't seem to be the Nose I've been with for five years.
"All right, tell me everything you want to say. What's the matter?"
Nose swallowed steadily. He was obviously nervous and I could also see his anxiety. I reached for his hand then squeezed it as I felt it cold.
I smiled at Nose, I pinched his sharp nose which he immediately stroked and slapped my hand which made me laugh out loud.
"Tell me! You're just wasting our time, we're about to leave in a moment you know! hey! Nose! Speak!.. now!"
Nose looked outside the tent, took a deep breath before speaking and never looked back at me again.
"I was consumed by the little infinity I made for how many years, I am never good at anything but when it comes to you, I can't even think of quitting. I don't know how many times I told myself to stop hoping and holding on for nothing. God knows I tried. But it seems like every attempt, trying is all I could ever do.
Honestly, we never have anything to begin with, it's just that I put so much attention on every things you did to me, I knew just now those were the things you normally do to boys around you, I just made a big deal out of those. Everything doesn't matter when it comes to you. I've seen you in black and I've loved all the bad and good things about you. I kissed all the worries away for you to know that I won't leave. Hate me for saying this again, I always picture my life living with you, you're the person I wanted to build my future with. Silently, I've been wishing that one day you'll be able to set your eyes on me, alone.
But it ended before it began. You don't have any idea how your smile can lift me up and break me into pieces at the same time for I know, it wasn't for me, and it will never be. I can't have you, it is easy to say these than to just accept everything. But all I can do is to just face the fact that you can't have forever with me, simply because I am not him."
"Not Him? What are you saying Nose? I don't understand you."
Nose just shook his head, then continued talking which made me even more confused with him.
"I can't completely say I am happy for you. I feel devastated inside but I know this pain reciprocrates how happy you are right now, Somehow, I feel relieved. You don't have to worry, I will be able to make it one day. I'm sorry if I can't let go of you for now, if you still own me, if I still can't look infront because I'm still hoping for that impossible thing to happen. Believe me, I tried. I tried to be good at anything but I guess removing you out of my system isn't part of it."
After that revelation. I didn't even say anything, I just followed Nose as he silently came out of the tent where I was staying.
I can't believe he loves me so deeply. that's why he always clung to me to protect me. But, I don't need protection, because I can take care of myself.

In more than five years Nose and I have been together, I have never felt sad. even though I don't remember my origin, I don't remember that I still have a family because for me my family is my teammates. I just recently found out about Denver. That his my only friend and Nose told me that I can trust this friend.
I found out that I had my own house and money in the bank, that my whole family lived abroad. That everyone thought I was dead because I was gone for five years. No one knew my life for those five years. Nero, brought back some of my memories but not all of them.
All that happened in my life, I have no regrets.. whether it is good or bad. I am very grateful to Nose because he saved me. He released me from the dark prison and gave me freedom .. new life... new hope and above all a happy family. Which is...
