Alpha Annie’s POV
I examine my head carefully in the mirror and am satisfied to see my wound has reduced to nothing but a scratch which will surely heal by morning. I roughly dry my hair and put on some comfortable clothes before making my way out onto the balcony of my room. The sun is slowly disappearing on the horizon, the sky painted in pretty colours of amber and violet. Goddess this is my favourite time of the day. This exact moment. I lean on the railing and stare into the distance my thoughts bringing me back to Kade once more. I glance towards his balcony and see that his room door is shut firmly. The lack of his scent telling me that he must be out. I wander back into the bedroom and walk over to the adjoining door which is locked with my key. I’m more than tempted to go inside
