I could tell by the way Gavin was looking at me that he was going to kiss me. It wouldn't be the first time, and just like the time in his car, my body responds to him before my brain has a chance to tell me to stop. I don't know what it is about this man that makes me forget myself, but it's dangerous. At the same time though, I feel good, I feel safe being here with him and that makes me want to kiss him back.
