16 Forced March Geoff was not kidding. Exactly one hour after he left, they were on the road again. Or they would have been, had there been a road. They trudged along in a rough line behind Geoff and another man - Stefan, Julian thought though he never got a good look at him to be sure. Three more of Geoff’s men walked ahead of Julian and Ravi, blocking most of Julian’s view ahead. The remaining four walked behind them, one of them with a pronounced limp from the arrow Julian had put into his leg. Smart. Keep him and Ravi as closely surveilled, and as close to surrounded, as possible, to reduce chance of their escaping.
