Chapter 7: REVERENCE
Lucas stared down at the man in a confused look. He recognized the voice. It was the same one that he had been talking on the phone with. The same one that called him last night after he had received the alert.
“Forgive me for allowing you to be treated in such a way, Young Master.” the man who they had just called the vice president said. And he sounded completely contrite and remorseful. Lucas couldn't understand such behavior.
Maybe he'd mistaken him for someone else.
The Vice President waved at the security man and the lady frantically. “Get over here and apologize this instant.”
