    Nevaeh hadn’t realized she had fallen asleep until the quiet muffle of Aron’s snore woke her. Opening her eyes to his peaceful, sleeping face did so many things to her insides, and she softly sighed as she simply watched him. Although trying to get any sleep in a plane’s seat was on some sort of torture list somewhere, the chairs in the Nicolet jet were actually quite comfortable. Even so, Aron probably could have conked out anywhere; he must still be tired, perhaps still recovering, even though he wouldn’t have openly admitted it.
