Meeting a girl

Looking at the girl that is sending a chill on his back, he is actually curious as to why the security personnel is dragging the girl. Honestly, the girl didn't look suspicious at all, and she might even pass off as a princess from a well-off family due to her elegant look. With a big eye and ponytail hair, she could be very popular among the boys. However, her actions just now, however, looked very comical as she is being dragged by the security personnel.

The security personnel hear what she just said and looked over at Max, who has become her scapegoat. As they got nearer to Max, the security personnel actually recognize him.

"Oh, it's you. How have you been?"

"Good afternoon, sir. I am here to look at the situation. After all, I went back home directly that day and didn't manage to look at it again. I guess the situation is really bad?"

"Yeah. Since that day, this place has been off-limits. That would be alright with you, right?"

"Yes, sir. After all, I just come to check things out. Even if I couldn't get inside, it would be alright."

"See, this is how a good boy should behave. Unlike you, you're a girl, yet you're so rowdy. Couldn't you see the police line? You shouldn't enter places with those warning. You could even get into jail for trespassing?"

"Eh, the jail? Good and kind sir, please overlook my mistake just this one time. I won't repeat this again, I promise."

The girl that is being dragged by the security personnel suddenly acts all good and pleads with her eyes. Looking at the girl, the security personnel also helpless. Until recently, she is struggling like crazy, but suddenly she turned completely one hundred and eighty degrees.

Looking at her right now, the security personnel couldn't do anything else but to let her go. After all, this is her first time doing this offence. Although she is stubborn at first, right now, she seemed to regret what she has done.

"Alright, I will let you go, but it's only this one time. If you repeat this again, I will really hand you over to the police. However, I couldn't let you go here. I will take you out of the vicinity before letting you go. Boy, don't linger around any longer since there's nothing else to see in this place since it's undergoing repair."

"Yes, sir, I will leave after a bit more."

"Okay, you girl, follow me."

Max then watched the security personnel walked towards the main gate while still dragging the girl. Since Max knows that there's nothing else he could still do in this place, he decided to leave also.

However, not long after he left the main gate, he heard someone calls out to him.

"Hey!"

Max looked towards the source of the voice, and it was actually the girl that is being dragged by the security personnel earlier. Right now, as he is closer to her, he could clearly see all of her beautiful features, and it leaves him stunned. Never in his life, he met someone this gorgeous.

"Why are you ignoring me?"

Contrary to her elegant appearance, the girl is acting like a ruffian as she put both of her hands on her waist and looking at Max with a mean look.

Max decided to just ignore the girl since, from what he judged, associating himself with the girl will probably give him more trouble than it's worth.

"Hey, why are you still ignoring me? Don't leave!"

Max turned his body and walked away from the place, but then the girl stopped him on his track by taking over him and blocking his path. Max tried to move past her, but she just won't let him through when he moved either to the right or left.

Feeling annoyed by her antics, Max finally looked at her and asked: "What do you want?"

"Well, I couldn't believe at how the security personnel act so friendly with you earlier to the point it piqued my curiosity. Just who are you?"

"Since you eavesdrop on my conversation earlier with the security personnel, you should have known that I am just someone who is here to visit the monument."

"Yes, and I also heard some interesting detail like how you are also here on the day of the accident."

The girl narrowed her eyes, and Max could feel his heart tighten for a second. It was because the girl beauty is just too good to be true.

"What do you want? Just make it quick I have somewhere I have to be."

"What a coincidence, I have somewhere I want to be too."

"Is that so? Let's part ways then."

Max then turned around to leave, but he can sense that the girl is following closely behind him. Until finally, he couldn't take it anymore and turn his body again to face the girl.

"Alright, can you stop following me?"

"Who is following you? It's just by chance that we're walking in the same direction."

"Okay, you can cut the crap. Just tell me what you really want from me?"

"Can you promise me that you will cooperate if I tell you what I want?"

"Who do you think you are to make me make a promise for you?"

"Alright, if you can't do that, just make sure you answer my question."

Max nodded at her since if he disagreed, they would keep on talking in a roundabout way.

"Okay, so tell me first, are you really here at the scene of the accident?"

Max nodded again as he is too lazy to answer her.

"Tell me, is it really just the monument that needed repair that is the reason that it is closed? Or is there something else?"

"What do you mean? The monument is just in need of repair. Why are you asking this anyway? Are you a reporter or something?"

Hearing her asking for the details of the incident on that day, Max has his own suspicion as there's no way someone goes out of their way to ask about it and even tried to trespass into the memorial monument area.
