TITLE: CURSE OF A FULL MOON WORD COUNT: 5000 WORDSGENRE: WEREWOLF ROMANCE TROPES: BETRAYAL, BETROTHAL, EROTIC    ROMANCE.THEME: LOVE, HEALING AND FORGIVENESS SETTING: FICTIONAL TOWN OF GRANVILLE, 19TH CENTURY.CHARACTERIZATION: JOANNE: a woman betrothed to Henry for the sole purpose of   bearing a child.HENRY: a man embodies and turns to a werewolf under the influence of a full moon. He is betrothed to Joanne Becket.LUCAS: Henry’s brother who outs the secret of his true nature to the townsfolk.MRS. ADELINE: Henry and Lucas mother. He calls in a favor from a long time ago to ensure her wealth remains in her family lineage.PASCAL: Joanne’s brother who drops her at the Rhodes mansion.ADOLPHUS: the house butler.PLOT:START:The story begins with Joanne in a carriage with her brother headed for Granville. They exchange words in a little argument briefly before reaching Rhodes Mansion. At its foot laid a small cemetery with large gravestones.She meets Mrs. Adeline who is excited to meet her and quickly ushers her to her room when she observed her struggling to breathe due to the tight black gown. MIDDLE:Joanne has been at Rhodes Mansion for two days without seeing her betrothed. She looks round for Mrs. Adeline but bumps into her first son, Lucas.He tells her she is an experiment provokes her to ask more questions to clear her confusion. He answers nothing clearly and disappears.She returned to find a huge hairy man on her bed. She asks for an explanation to why he is on her bed. He throws the question back at her. She tells him she’s in search of her betrothed, Mr. Henry. To which he doesn’t give a definitive reply and leaves her hanging.She wasn’t sure he was her betrothed but she knew if he was he was going to come back to the room and when he did return she tried to seduce him but he damns her.CONFLICT:Joanne strikes a deal with Mrs. Adeline when she revealed her main motive for bringing her to Rhodes mansion.She tries to seduce him again that night as per Mrs. Adeline’s advise but he blankly refuted her telling her he overheard the deal between she and his mother.She admits to her faults and tries to start anew again so she can get to know him more. He drags her to a shed underneath the full moon and introduces her to his werewolf side with a threat to her life.She runs back to her room terrified and afraid.Henry throws a fit of laughter when he sees her shaking on her bed. She slowly ask him if he killed those people in the cemetery a question to which he concurs and reveals to her that they are infact the graves of his former wives.He shows her the graves, crying and she tries to comfort him by taking her back inside. He then ask her if she wanted to know him more. A question to which he no longer knew an answer and in her state of confusion he rushes to kiss him. He invited her deeper and they made exotic love.RESOLUTION:Joanne wakes up to overhear a heated argument between Lucas and Mrs. Adeline. She finds out what Henry did to Lucas and Mrs. Adeline won’t give him any of their fathers property.Lucas threatens to expose Henry’s secret to the townsfolk. A threat which he lives up to. The townsfolk spearheaded by Lucas cone to Rhodes mansion with lighted torches in the dead of night.Henry says his goodbyes to Joanne and asks her to move on as she watches from the window as Lucas lashes a whip against his brother.In a fit of rage she rushes down with a rifle and aims it at Lucas head demanding him to let Henry go. Lucas hesitantly obliges as she takes Henry to the mouth of the woods.She communicates to Henry that she was too selfish to let him die as they professed love one last time before he disappeared into the cohort of trees. The townsfolk apprehend her but she gained satisfaction in Lucas anguish.  CHAPTER BREAKDOWN:CHAPTER ONE It starts off immediately introducing us to young Henry chained to a chair as his father carries out experiments on him in front of a spectating small gathering. His experiments quickly backfire as the full moon rises and drags out the beast they’d been trying so hard to cage. It goes rabid and kills everyone in the room except his brother, Lucas, mauling him for life. He broke out the laboratory and was brought back by a hunter, Mr. Becket, from Lilies peak to the Rhodes mansion. Upon his return  he remembers nothing but his mother Mrs. Adeline quickly introduces him to the carnage he caused.CHAPTER TWOJoanne hides off on a carriage to Rhodes mansion as she has been betrothed to Mr. Henry. A man she confirms is rumored to be a beast but that is as much as she knows about him. She is introduced to a small cemetery at the foot of the mansion and Mrs. Adeline moments later. She says no goodbyes to Pascal her brother who had escorted her throughout the journey and is shown to her room by Adolphus.   CHAPTER THREEIt has been two days and she has not met her betrothed. She searches round for Mrs. Adeline but bumps into Lucas, who is rather
