HER: Plan

"What to eat?" Faye asked as she and her cousins were in line with the other students in the canteen.

Kakatapos lang ng unang klase nila sa umaga and as of now, it was their lunch break. And since Kaeley and Kaevyn wanted her to taste the food in the canteen and how it tasted so delicious, they excitedly pulled Faye, hanggang sa makapila na nga sila pagkatunog na pagkatunog pa lang ng bell.

Since alam na rin naman ni Faye, kung bakit ganu'n ka-excited ang mga pinsan ay nagpanggap na lang siyang walang alam like what she would act like before.

Kanina kasi habang nagkaklase sa room ay imbes na makinig si Faye sa lectures ng teacher ay nag-isip siya ng tamang gawin at plano para maiwasang mangyari ang lahat, without much affecting the course of the events to her disadvantage.

Nang makita kasi na pumasok si Kirth kahit pa nga sa isang linggo pa dapat ang pasok nito kasama ang gang members s***h tropa niya, ay tuluyan na ngang naniwala si Faye na baka nga sa tuwing may babaguhin siya sa mga dapat na mangyayari, ay magbabago din ang ilan sa mga dapat na mangyari. And not knowing if the change will be to her advantage or not, makes her restless.

So, she decided that she would still act like how she used to before, but would only act against the course when she knew she was at a disadvantage. Also, since the target is already here, why turn the attention and fun to some cannon fodder when she can do it with the villain himself.

Now, her first plan to ease her boredom, which was to play with some unhuman cannon fodder, she changed to the villain herself for more fun experience. Suddenly, her anxiety about what would happen next changed into excitement as she realized something.

Why would she get anxious about something that might not happen when she already had a little advantage of knowing what to expect?

And there, her new plan was created and finalized.

Since the villains want to act and fool around, uunahan na lang niya ang mga ito, as she will get the role of the villain from them. She will be the first to fool them, to act in front of them, until she can finally get her revenge on all of them.

That would be better prevention than just waiting for the villains to attack. This time, she'll attack first.

"Ako na lang ang o-order ng sa'yo insan Lunes. Hanap ka na lang ng mauupuan while Kae will help me carry our food," Kaeley suggested when they were the ones who would order next.

"No need insan. Na-text ko na si Fraytz, at kanina pa daw sila nandito. Nalate kasi nang dating si Yvan at inaya na lang ang iba na 'wag ng pumasok at tumambay na lang sa canteen. Hanapin mo na lang yung maraming magkakasama, kilala ka naman na nina Fraytz, kaya tatawagin ka na lang nila kapag nakita ka na nila," seryoso namang singit ni Kaevyn.

Napangiti naman si Faye at napatango sa sinabi ng pinsan. Alam naman na niya kasi kung nasaan ang mga kaibigan ng mga pinsan niya, since this is also what happened before on her first day.

So, she just walked around slowly and acted like she was looking for the said people, when in fact she was just roaming her eyes and looking for someone.

If she remembers it correctly, hindi mahilig noon kumain sa canteen ang grupo nina Kirth. They have their own place to take their break. Maaga silang nagpapadeliver na dadalhin naman sa room na bakante na ginawa nilang tambayan sa campus.

But she didn't know what'd gotten to her. Although she already knew that Kirth wouldn't be here, she still hoped she could find him. Not because she wants to see him, but because she wants to play with him.

Nang hindi talaga mahagilap ay dumiretso na lang siya sa kung saan alam niyang kinaroroonan ng mga ka-gang at kaibigan ng mga pinsan. Medyo may kalakihan din kasi ang canteen ng university ng mga juniors, o yung mga nasa highschool. Kada level kasi ay may sariling canteen, sariling court, sariling facilities, at ang tanging pinaghahatian lang ata ng lahat ng levels sa campus ay ang school auditorium na ginaganapan ng lahat ng events, elementary man, high school or college.

Finally, after some walking, she spotted where the guys were located. And she was also spotted by them immediately. Nakangiti ay kinawayan niya ang mga ito and was about to run towards them when she was suddenly grabbed by the hand by someone. Mabilis naman niya iyong nilingon and was a bit shocked when she saw who the person was.

"Oh, hi?" she greeted normally while smilling.

Pinaningkitan lang naman siya ng mga mata ng lalaki. She just maintained her smile as she waited for the guy to speak. "You really like Saeji?" the guy asked with a frown.

Faye was dumbfounded when it was the words that escaped from the man's mouth. Hindi tuloy agad naka-react si Faye at nakatingin lang sa lalaki.

"I did have a crush on him," sagot niya ng maka-recover, emphasizing her words. "What is wrong with that? You boys are all handsome, walang patapon. So, what if I had a crush on him first?" natatawang dagdag pa niya.

Tinitigan lang naman siya ng lalaki, habang hawak pa rin ang kamay niya.

"Huwag ka na magselos, I will make you all my crushes, one by one. By making ya'll my crushes, I will rate you according to what level your handsomeness and appeal is. The first crush the lesser handsomeness he had. While the last guy whom I will make my crush is the best. Trust me, I will rate you all fairly," she then added and playfully winked at the guy.

Faye saw the guy's lips twitching like he just heard the craziest idea he ever had. Napangiti na lang siya and tilted her head on the side as if asking him about what she had said.

"Dale?" her cousin Kaeley called out.

Sabay naman silang napalingon sa pinsan, ng lalaki.

"Anong kailangan mo kay Lunez Faye?" seryosong tanong naman ni Kaevyn sa lalaki.

"Nothing. We are just curious about your cousin, I think," the guy answered and then shrugged before leaving.

Pag-alis ng lalaki ay napatingin ang mga pinsan sa kanya with the questioning look. She just shrugs as they started walking towards the table.

"Did he say something?" Kaeley asked her.

"Nope. But he asked me, if I really liked Saeji," she answered honestly, making Kaeley snicker a laugh.

"No wonder. Kahit ako din naman nagtataka sa kung anong nagustuhan mo sa mokong na 'yun," nakangising pangba-backstab ni Kaeley sa kawawang si Saeji.

At dahil walang hawak na tray ang dalawa hindi tulad ni Kaevyn na hawak ang lahat ng tray na dapat sana ay sa kanila, hinila na ni Kaeley si Faye papunta sa mga ka-gang na nakangiting naghihintay naman sa kanila.

"Hi guys! Finally meet my one and only cousin—Lunez Faye. But you can just call her Insan Lunes too!" Masayang pakilala ni Kaeley sa kanya.

Napangiwi naman si Faye ng muli ay marinig ang magiging tawag sa kanya ng mga ka-gang ng pinsan. Being called like that again by almost every one of her friends, as she became friends with her cousin's gangmates, is really troubling. But she kind of misses it though.

So, she just smiled as she let them acknowledge her.

"Uwu, finally na-meet na rin kita personally insan Lunes! Maliban kasi sa bukambibig ka ng dalawang pinsan mo ay lagi ka pa nilang binibida sa amin. And it really made us curious, as to what kind of a person did these two self-centered and family-oriented twins is being proud of," the girl with a red highlight said, standing and offering a handshake. "Anyway, I'm Fraytz, your cousin Kaevyn's best friend," she introduced herself, smiling.

Smiling also, Faye shook hands with her as one by one, all of them introduced themselves. "Hi Insan Lunes, I'm Hanelle. The bestie of your cousin Kaeley. Nice to finally meet you!" the cute girl with short hair introduced.

"Insan Lunes, Larynx at your service! Lary for short, hehe. Nice to finally meet you too," then the pretty boy with longer hair than normal boys had, also been introduced.

"Scevrio nga pala, Insan Lunes, ang pinakagwapo sa'min. Nice to finally meet you three." Then a cool, handsome guy was introduced next.

"Yvan here. Boybest ng pinsan mong bano. Nice to meet you, Insan Lunes," the handsome guy, with an air of a player, said.

"Zyrix. Nice to meet you miss," maiksing pakilala naman ng isang lalaki na mukhang nerd dahil sa salamin at may kahabaan na buhok na nahaharangan na ang mga mata.

"Hello everyone! Nice to meet you all too. Let's all be a close company of each other," Faye lastly greeted everyone back smilling.

She was happy meeting everyone again. Kahit kasi nasa ibang strand sila ay nagagawa pa rin nilang maglibang at magkita noon kaya naman naging close talaga siya sa mga ito. They teach her everything she didn't know of before at kasama na doon ang mga kalokohan.

They were all true to her so she treasured everyone as she treasured her cousins.

"So Insan Lunes, bakit ka pala nilapitan kanina ni Dale?" Fraytz asked when everyone started eating.

Napahinto naman siya sa paghalo ng carbonara niya. "Dunno. Seems like they really were jealous of Saeji as I had a crush on him first, and they couldn't let go of it as it hurts their egos," parang wala lang na sagot niya sabay yuko ng mukha papalapit sa plato at sumubo ng kinakaing carbonara.

Napaangat naman siya ng tingin sa mga kasama ng sabay-sabay na naubo ang mga ito excluding her two cousins, na napailing na lang habang inaabutan ng tubig ang mga kaibigan. Hindi niya tuloy alam kung matatawa ba o maaawa kay Saeji dahil sa tingin ng mga ito sa kanya.

"What? Is it really bad to have a crush on that guy? He wasn't bad, okay? He's quite handsome and passable compared with the rest of the guys in our class," paliwanag naman niya sabay subo ng panibago.

Nakanganga lang naman na nakatingin sa kanya ang mga kaibigan ng pinsan and she felt hopeless. In her mind, she thinks, does the guy really have a bad image for them? She really found Saeji passable compared with the rest of her gangmates which was all above average, and better than the guys in their class.

Gaya nga ng sabi niya, lahat sila sa gang ay walang tapon.

"Hayaan niyo na nga. Siguro ganun talaga pag first time makakita ng maraming tao maliban sa'min. Hindi na alam kung paano ang pinagkaiba ng hayop sa tao." Naiiling na sabi na lang ng pinsang si Kaeley para matigil na ang lahat.

Masamang tinignan na lang niya ang pinsan pero hindi na nagsalita at kumain na lang.
