Chapter 11 Between a second and a half and two seconds later Kate heard a distant thud of their jailor’s body hitting the deck below. His fall had been, she juggled the math in her head, around fifteen meters. They were in the fifth or sixth tier of containers in the stack. “What happened?” Harold was still wheezing from the knife hand to his sternum and the kick to his gut.
