We were sitting at the dinner table and I noticed both of our dads were not here. I looked at Severin knowingly, I saw dad go into his room and never come out. Only Keaton, his doctor did.
“Mom, where are Dad and Rhett?” I asked mom, curiously.
“Rhett is hunting with a few warriors, and I don’t know where Lucian is. It’s really worrying me,” she replied and I looked at Severin with my eyebrows raised. He didn’t even look back at me, and kept eating.
We haven’t seen Rhett in days and it’s making me think this hunting trip has somehow backfired or mom is hiding something. Either way I hope he comes back on time for our birthdays.
