Elina pushed open the door to the apothecary store, the familiar bell jingling overhead. The scent of herbs and potions filled the air, a comforting and welcoming aroma. She glanced around, spotting Lucia at the far end of the store, deep in conversation with Jax. From her vantage point, Elina couldn't help but notice the way Jax looked at Lucia. His eyes sparkled with a certain interest, a smile playing on his lips as he spoke to her.
